A great speech, why do not we hear any ploticians endorsing this scheme. There is just one thing missing. Norman should have added that lawyers do not hold fuduciary authorities to their duty of "affirmative investigation"

PS I have posted a comment to flag what, to me, seems a potentially important but much neglected strategy:
    If the details of this speech can be supported by sound evidence and strong advocacy, no fiduciary authority has the right to ignore it but an obligation to engage in "affirmative investigation" as the custom prevails in Jurisprudence.

     

    No government or government department or any other fiduciary authority can claim to have the legitimacy of the nation it is supposed to serve if it does not fulfill its fiduciary duty to investigate such a well presented "pleading" as Norman's here.
