If fascism represents the inherent corruptibility of concentrated power,
the only antidote antidote to fascism is the structured diffusion of
power; i.e., the sovereignty of every human person over the sovereignty

If Daniel Webster was right when he said, "Power naturally and
necessarily follows property." (Address, Massachusetts Convention,
1820.). He also correctly understood that "The freest government cannot
long endure when the tendency of the law is to create a rapid
accumulation of property in the hands of a few, and to render the masses
poor and dependent." (Quoted by Sinclair, The Cry for Justice.) So was
Benjamin Watkins Leigh in saying, "Power and Property can be separated
for a time by force or fraud—but divorced, never. For as soon as the
pang of separation is felt…Property will purchase Power, or Power will
take over Property." (Speech on November 3, 1829, Proceedings and
debates of the Virginia State Convention of 1829-1830, Volume 1, New
York: DeCapo Press, 1971, p. 156)

Dear Norm:  Thank you for your comment here.  The video is excellent and am 
fwd to the Co-learner's list.

For Co-learner's list members information, Norm Kurland, whom you will see 
speaking on this video, is a member of The Global Justice Movement list, 
hosted by Rodney Shakespeare and Co-learner's list member, Peter Challen. 
All Co-learner's list messages are posted to the Global Justice Movement 
list by me. So we are bringing together here a group of highly informed 
people to dialogue, as co-learners, on subjects relevant to the health and 
well-being of every individual on the planet and, as well, to the planet 
itself and all other inhabitants.

As you will note here, the by line for The Just Third Way is "Own or be 
owned."  And, while I find many things appealing about TJTW, feel that 
"ownership" must be tempered by giving first voice to our Mother Earth so 
that she may be protected from the onslaught of destruction that has been 
brought upon her by unbridled capitalism, an energy system  that has 
literally destroyed our life support energy system.  So, we must protect 
both our Mother Earth and ourselves.

I would like to suggest, as I have previously done, that this protection be 
accomplished by designing CC&R's (Covenant, Conditions and Restrictions) 
that run with the land in perpetuity, and rule out any acts that may be 
damaging to the earth, and or its environment. And, that the penalty for 
violating these CC&Rs be strict enough to discourage any attempt to violate 
them. As Earth stewards, we are duty bound to protect and conserve our 
heritage so that it may be passed on for generations in perpetuity, in order 
that the children of the future may enjoy this paradise as we have. But, in 
order to do that, our first acts must be ones of restoration.

Having brought this up for consideration by the members of the Co-learner's 
list, let us watch the video, and then be open to futher comment on this. 
Looking at how far this group has moved into knowledge and wisdom since its 
inception, it appears that we have evolved into a Think (and Feel) Tank, 
with I shall dare to say, some of the finest minds in the world today 
seeking to solve the unprecedented in past recorded history challenges we 
face today as the human family.  Let us congratulate and acknowledge 
ourselves for being the Goddesses and Gods that we are as we move into 
health and wholeness together.

This is not about something or someone "out there" -- this is about what 
emanates from within us, from our holographic and all-seeing mind.  .
