Peter,
I only asked about your office being in a modern high-rise building because, a while ago, I had a discussion with Bill Ryan and he, too, thought it entirely reasonable that, without being hit by an aeroplane, an American-designed and constructed building should fall -- heh -- into its own footprint -- heh, heh. I pointed out that it had never happened before, nor since, but he would have none of it.
There's no need for you to worry about Bill. I'm sure he has come to his senses by now and has decided to move out of the Houston Kirkby Drive building.
