[GJM] Thoughts on President Ghadaffi.....and a "Tax" to Stop Taxation.

Dear Rodney,et al,

      I have only read a little of Ghadaffis
ramblings. I have also did a quick check on the
internet, and it appears that his notions are based on
his Green Book. Yet, I cannot find anything much which
tells me much  about his "political philosophy".

Ofcourse, you are right in one of your latest posts
that "the devil lies in the detail" (though these were
not the exact words you used but you indicated as
much) about any kind of policy-making. 

This is true of many other things including ofcourse
TFE. However, the inflation controls, and how they
would operate have become alot clearer, and more
credible. I have had to accept the need for Inflation
Induction which can be seen by some as a "Tax" on
ending Taxation as we would understand it. Bizarre!
But, I can see no alternative.
