Robert,

I think it would be foolhardy to think any discussion could restrict  
the metaphysic.  Human and ecological spirituality are intertwined  
with everything humans do.  The question is whether humans will  
continue to futilely try and separate this Reality.

Humans and their various endeavors like the study and application of  
economics can no more separate from the Ground of Being than stop  
forces of Mom Nature like gravity or magnetism.

It is what defines our existence.  Do we acknowledge this  
Intelligence? and act accordingly? or will we continue to arrogantly  
assert that Life revolves around the Ego-us?
