HeartQuotes™: WisdomThis is such a great message.

How many of you have ever considered this? It reminds me
of Bruce Lipton writing in his book: "The Biology of Belief -
The Science of How Thoughts Control Life" that when he
decided he wanted to change his life, he began to recognize
that he needed to consider how he was spending his energy
-- both mental and physical.

A good exercise is to sit down and list how your thoughts
and your physical energy were spent during the day -- do it
hour by hour. And, if your life isn't working exactly how you
want it to work, write a new script for yourself, detailing it hour
by hour, exactly as you want it to be beside the old one. Then
follow it by consciously making choices about how you think and
what you do in the following days. Soon you'll be back on autopilot
again, but with a better life program in place.
