We agree! This is exactly the way we live every day of our life. If we wake up and it does not appear to be a good day then we role over and just wait until all the bad thoughts go away and then get up to a beautiful sunshine day.--- with a smile!!! Have a great day!!! Rima

Dear Dr. Rima, That will work, and thanks for your input on this.

Another way, suggested by Dr. Candace Pert in her book: "Molecules of Emotion" is to chant: "I feel good, I feel good" over and over. When I wake up feeling lousy, I sit on the edge of the bed, raise my arms over my head and with fists clenched like I'm pulling on a rope, I chant "I feel good, I feel good" several times while doing this pulling motion to get my endorphins moving.

What are endorphins you ask, and what can they do for me?

Here's a lengthy article that covers most of the bases. And what it reveals is amazing. Endorphins are pain-killers among other things, and far more potent (and certainly healthier) than prescription drugs if you believe in them and let them work for you. http://www.road-to-health.com/64/What_are_Endorphins_.html .

What we are talking about here is vibrational energy medicine. Subtle and healing energy vibrations may be induced in the body just by your own thoughts, movements, and by eating certain foods. Dr.Valerie V. Hunt, in her book: "Infinite Mind" writes that the only reason we are unable to heal ourselves today through the use of vibrational energy medicine is that we are out of practice in using these tools. We no longer understand how we work. The average person cut off from their own "beingness" by religious dogma and the conventional school system (which teaches to the left brain) is no longer aware of who they really are and the personal power they hold within their own mind.

We need to learn to take back this power. If a Tai Chi master can send someone reeling 10-feet across a room without ever touching the person, using only the power of the mind, then what is possible for you? You'll never know until you try, so get busy with meditation, studying the practice of Tai Chi/Qui Gong, or Yoga. Learn all you can about your body and how to manage it so that you can call up your endorphins, oxytocins and other neuropeptides when needed.

I'm not a Biblical person, but it seems to me that somewhere it says: "Physician heal thyself." We are each of us our own best physicians, but we need to learn the knowledge -- what Dr. Bruce Lipton calls: "The Wisdom of the Cells."

So, bone up folks, the life you save may be your own.
