Robert,

I disagree.  When the dominoes fall, even the bankers know that the  
status quo cannot be maintained.
While I work as hard as I can to stop the dam from collapsing, I  
realize that when it collapses people will be most open to new ideas.

The domino-effect at some point become undeniable, and a catastrophe  
is a de facto "change at record speed."  The issue is directing and  
preparing for that change now, otherwise the clueless will get re- 
elected and make all the same mistakes all over again.

It is ultimately a battle of ideas, and not about power.

The bankers don't do anything that everybody else isn't also doing.   
Don't make them into a straw-man.
