This link is to a forum discussion of the Bush cash hand-outs.   
Amazingly, I wasn't banned, but I was eventually segregated and the  
thread locked.  This thread represents the segregated argument, so it  
is a little disjointed, but it actually provides a representative  
"stream of consciousness"  from yours truly.  Perhaps I should send  
him a thank you.  :-)

I find it very valuable to argue with people who disagree with me,  
because I usually eventually stumble upon some insight as a result.   
Unfortunately, it is hard to find people who will take the challenge.

What is great is that "ponzi scheme" has now become part of their  
mocking vernacular.  Some day they will realize that what they mock  
isn't so crazy after all.
