[GJM] CONSPIRACY OF SILENCE?

Dear All,

        I am wondering how much CREDIBLE, AND 
CHECKABLE data (eg references from respected journals
rather than conspiracy theorists!!!)exists as to
whether governments, and/or banks have conspired to
create a certain amount of debt-free non-repayable
money in RECENT TIMES...UNANNOUNCED (but perhaps known
to certain academics, and advisors who may have openly
"described" it in some "journal" of repute) to the
public in general? 

I am sure this must have happened on occassion, and
would obviously help any serious fiscal situation. Yet
ofcourse, too much new money created would lead to
hyperinflation, but "small" amounts of it would not.


Ofcourse, I am not here referring to famous examples
of the past (eg the French Revolution, Russian
Revolution, the American Civil War et al).
