Dear All,
Yesterday, 17th January, Lyndon LaRouche made one of the most extraordinary webcasts ever made.  Go to the website of the Executive Intelligence Review.

He says:-
 we are about to collapse on an inconceivable scale:--
  a..  it's basically all the fault of the Brits but the USA, with some exceptions, is thoroughly corrupted
  b.. Roosevelt--type policy is needed
  c..  the whole economy must be put into bankruptcy proceedings so that people only pay what they can afford to pay
  d.. fixed exchange rate system so that outstanding loans cannot fluctuate
  e..  interest rates no higher than 2%
  f.. Homeowners Act (basically bankruptcyand only  pay what you can); selective bailouts will not want;' national freeze on foreclosures
  g.. the Act, at the same time,  must also protect the legitimate banks which are in danger of collapse.  But only chartered legitimate banks,  Hedge funds etc must be allowed to collapse
  h.. the Act is also required to get USA political stabilisation 
  i.. USA to go to other countries to get fixed exchange system
  j.. Europe is doomed because under EU tyreaty there is no lender of last resort
  k.. so cancel that Treaty and the EU countreis can return to their own national sovereignty and issue their own currency
  l.. British colonilaism (Chuchhill) lengthened the  Second World War and prevented national liberation (which, LaRocuhe claims, the Americans 9(Roosevelt) wanted).  But Truman, a British agent, sabotaged American policy
  m.. After Kennedy assassination Johnson was terrified and he got USA into Vietnam War which derstroyed the Bretton Woods system
  n.. Bretton Woods was an ati-colonialist system (says LaRouche)
  o.. Up to Keenedy US economny protectiuonist then British-type economy took over.
  p.. George Schultz put Pinochet into power etc.
  q.. We need to de-colonialise now
  r.. Fusion (that's fusion, not fission) power needed now badly needed for India and China
  s.. Fixed exchange rate system
  t.. National sovereignty of the people
  u.. Since 1971 (USA off gold standard) there's been a decrease in the physical output of the USA and a huge increase in the monetary emission
  v.. USA physical infrastructure is collapsing
  w.. Financial stimulation as at present will make the fire worse
NB  This is my summary of the first hour and I think there are another TWO hours to go -- probably a lot of questions and NB, LaRouche has indicated that he already knows some of the questions and they are coming from people INSIDE the USA government
