Hi Folks,

My sincere complements and thanks 
to Lew Rockwell and Walter Block for 
initiating this series of open letters in 
behalf of Ron Paul.  Dr. Block's views 
on the necessity and potential benefits 
of such a series of open letters may be

To date, more than forty-four letters "in

My own interest in the potential benefit 
from one more open letter was prompted 
by Dr. Block when he wrote in part:

        For Catholics, the following points 
        might be mentioned: Ron’s views are 
        fully compatible with Catholic just war 
        theory, with their views on abortion, 
        and also that the philosophy of the 
        16th-century school of Salamanca, 
        started mainly by Dominican and 
        Jesuit priests, is entirely consistent 
        with Ron’s economic views. For 
        example, for the Salamancans, the 
        just price was the market price; the 
`       just interest rate was the market 
        interest rate.

There is a technical requirement which must be satisfied 
before the market can establish either prices or interest 
rates that are JUST.  But most Libertarians, Republicans, 
Democrats, and Socialists seem to find their common 
cause in keeping the public deaf, dumb, and blind about 
this critical requirement for economic justice, which has 
been more often satisfied by corporations in our private 
sectors than by local governments in our public sectors. 
 
If some day, by chance, monetary reformers abolish all 
central banks and usury, and, advocates of global 
government eliminate all national and state boundaries; 
the requirement for economic justice will still have to be 
satisfied at the first level of public administration.

Since this requirement for market justice has not 
been taught to the public in US schools and 
universities, the attached visual aids will seem 
strange and unfamiliar, but they are less complex 
than the drawings and charts used by working men 
in their day jobs and the facts presented have not 
changed since the Bible was first compiled. 

1, Figure 2-3h.gif plots the natural inflation rate (NIR) of 
our Judeo-Christian-Moslem-Athiest tradition from the 
Folly Of Rehoboam 975 B.C., to the Folly Of Nixon 1971, 
and then to the Folly Of Bush 2003.

2, Figure 4 _8i.gif presents a Macro Model of the three 
money flow paths defined by C.H. Douglas, A, B, and 
the "Money Power."  Corporations participate in all three, 
households participate only in the A flow as profiled in 
the Micro Model, Figure 8, where economic justice is 
either realized at low incomes or withheld by high 
incomes.  Either way the difference is only about a 
4% of GDP increment in the total tax rate, similar to 
the defense budget but much less than the expansion 
of government and the loss of GDP since the "Great 
Transformation" of 1895.

3, Figure 12o.gif illustrates the use of incomplete and 
half-baked ideologies to addle the public mind and 
keep the taxpayers on their knees; praying, paying, 
and obeying.  It worked as well for Bush and Nixon 
as it did for King Rehoboam, 2983 years ago.

We are "Free To Choose:"  Stay on the present trend 
toward eventual system failure by inflation and debt. 
Or, open the 2008 Presidential campaign to a debate 
on the single alternative to system failure.  As Galbraith 
said of how the banks create money, we may say about 
this alternative: "It is so simple it repels the mind."  Even 
the Japanese and Germans adopted it after World War II.
