Dear All,
What I have been presenting are just rough draft
ideas for the successful control of inflation levels.
In this case we will touch on Inflation "Taxation".
Note the word Taxation in brackets. What we are
dealing with here is not an instant elecdtronic
deduction of the AMOUNT of money in real terms but
rather its PURCHASING POWER.
In Transfinancial Economics such a policy could be
used by banks, and/or governments. After most
products, services, and fixed incomes have by law been
registered onto a computer then as soon as a sales
transactions occurs it is subjected to an instant
"tax" at source. This would be the overinflated
portion of say a registered product.
All this represents a hugely powerful approach to
tackle inflation, and the possibility of
hyperinflation. However, businesses would be
nationally informed how inflation "awareness", and
ultimately adaption is of vital importance.
Obviously, as the the overinflated portion is
increased it is instantly deducted. Thus, the value of
money for customers, and businesses in real terms is
preserved without devaluation. The exact details of
how such a system would work have yet to be fully
worked out along with what else has been presented in
rough draft on this site. It may also involve the
possibility of an instant Inflation Price Converter
mentioned in a similiar earlier post here.
A less effective method of inflation control would be
price subsidization in which businesses would keep
their pricing at certain levels or have a special
profit subsidy progressively reduced instantly, and
electronically during transactions by computers. This
though could help slow down inflation but it should be
seen arguably as a temporary measure nothing more,
nothing less!
