"I know I am a bit obssessive with Transfinancial Economics but when you
have invented something monumental as this it is difficult not to be a
little big headed."
--------------------------------------------------
This is an "invention"?: Government stops collecting taxes but continues
to spend newly created money in an economy where fully half of all
spending is government spending. And the inevitable inflation is
controlled through magical controls given goofy names in your scheme. I
say magical because there is no possible way that inflation could be
controlled in such a situation in the absence of magic. And you want to
give free grants of newly created money to everyone, not just
government. Charities no longer need contributions, etc.
So far as I know, every hyperinflation has been subtantially the result
of government spending not covered by taxation, usually in situations
where taxes cannot be collected for some reason or another, such as in a
physically devastated economy. One observer describes the early stages
of the Weimar hyperinflation this way:-
"Hyperinflation (1922-1923)
"* In 1922 the wholesale price index rose to 341.82 because of domestic
and foreign policies
"* Domestic= over half of the government spending was financed by
printing notes
"* Foreign= disputes over the reparations
"* In June, after the assassination of Walter Rathenau and large
disbursements on reparations, the dollar rate skyrocketed..."

Notice the statement, "over half of the government spending was financed
by printing notes." And you want to finance not half but all government
spending by printing notes, without any of the external and compelling
circumstances that faced Germany at the time.
Just nutty, nutty, nutty, and you have a big head that thinks it has
invented something profound and new.
What a joke!

Dear All,
Apologies for any mistakes on the most recent
posts on inflation, and other matters. My problem is
that I tend to think, and write very fast, and have a
dislike for editing (which does not help ones
credibility ofcourse). It would be nice if it were
possible to edit again any post on site AFTER IT HAS
BEEN POSTED...Some discussion groups have this
facility but not this one unfortunately...or so it
would seem....
I still seem to have the problem of eliding (a term I
first heard of from Peter Challen which simply implies
in the context of this email a missing word, or words
in a text) but with greater practice on the keyboard
this problem should ultimately disappear.
I know I am a bit obssessive with Transfinancial
Economics but when you have invented something
monumental as this it is difficult not to be a little
big headed. As I have indicated it goes beyond all
other monetary reforms simply because its social,
economic, and political implications are so
powerful, extensive, and all encompassing for everyone
on the planet. It is the only way for the future of
humanity as far as I can
see..............................
