Interest On Indebtedness, 10 INDIANA LAW REVIEW 419
(1976), in particular, Conclusion and recommendations
for reform.

To: Rodney Shakespeare

1. Very important notice about so-called Central Bank
practices of printing money respresented by absolutely
no valuable assets. The Bilderberg group privately
owned U.S. Federal Reserve "Bank" utilizes this
illegal practice all the time creating profits for its
private shareholders. In addition to Maastricht
Treaty Article 101 violations it is posited that such
practices also violate certain provisions of the World
Trade Organization protocols. the similar practices
by the privately owned Bilderberg U.S. Federal Reserve
"Central Bank" blatantly violate the U.S.
Constitution, such violation continually permitted by
the U.S. Congress and the Federalist Society
dominiated U.S. Supreme Court (five Court Justices
members of Federalist Society) and federal judiciary.

    2. Scholars are asked to familiarize themselves
with the writings of Catherine Austin Fitts, former
U.S. Housing and Urban Development Deputy fiinancial
official who notes the U.S. is not a sovereign country
since its entire financial administrationis government
by private unelected individuals and entities.

   3. Crockett observes the United States is a
Bilderberg-Council On Foreign Relations military
dictatorship since:

        a. Eighty percent of the 16 agency
Intelligence budget is secret and does not account to
any government oversight entity;
        b. The Pentagon routinely does not account
for its expenditures as required by Congressional
legislation. In 2006-7, as a mnatter of public record,
$3 Trillion dollars of Pentagon monies are simply
missing with no explanation;
        c. Vladimir Putin was an official in the KGB
when the Carter Bilderberg cabinet members and Council
On Foreign Relations planned and executed the
overthrow of the Soviet leaning Afghanistan
governmenet in a successful effort to draw Russia into
a Russian government bankruptcy war with Afghanistan.
In cooperation with China, Russia has encouraged the
purchase of U.S. Treasury notes to finance the U.S.
wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, with full knowledge the
U.S. can never repay the borrowned monies. Zebignew
Brezhenski's book sets forth facts supporting this
process predicting that the first U.S. attack would be
Iraq. When Russia and China wish to call in its loans
to U.S., all is necessary is to demand payment in
currency other than dollars, such as Euros and the
entire financial structure of the United State will
collapse.

    4. Unfortunately, the forementioned world
financial processes are sufficiently in place that
there is probably no alternative processs which can be
executed.

    5. All are requested to review the research and
writings of Chalmers Johnson with respect to the world
finance status set forth above.
