Mary,

I can testify to that. I have used acetone myself on my Diesel Motor home and my other cars in California. I got a 40% increase in gas mileage.

Patrick

Dear Patrick, Thank you for your input on this.

I also received this from Tim Jones:

http://www.snopes.com/autos/techno/acetone.asp
(which says that gas mileage can't be increased by
adding acetone.)

Well, in my book, foks, Robynne, who sent in the
initial post on Brown's Gas and the "acetone fix"
is a reliable person, not apt to misjudge mileage
increase by such a large margin.

And now, we have Dr. Patrick Flanagan's post
saying he too has increased his gas mileage.
Since Dr. Flanagan was awareded the "Scientist
of the Year" award in 1997, and not apt to be
someone to make such a large error in judgement
as "40 percent," I cannot help but wonder where
Snopes gets its information. Perhaps from someone
in the gas and oil industry?

For those not acquainted with Dr. Flanagan and his
outstanding accomplishments, here is a URL
where you can learn more about him.

http://www.phisciences.com/about_dr_flanagan.html

Stephanie Sutton, who frequently posts to the Co-learner's
list, is Dr. Flanagan's wife. Learning of my bout with kidney
cancer a little less than a year ago, Stephanie and Patrick
provided me with a generous supply of PhiScience products
which can be viewed at the above URL

Combined with walking every day, as well as practicing
Tai Chi, I took the Crystal Energy and MegaHydrate
faithfully. About three months after I began taking the
products, I opted to have the kidney removed since
the tumor on it was 7cm in diameter and the risk of
it metasasizing too great for me to risk waiting any
longer for self-healing to take place. While I fully believe
in our ability to self-heal, there are times when conventional
medicine has its place. Also, the tumor, by the time it
was discovered, was too large to remove by itself without
taking out the entire kidney.

But, at that time, just having turned age 75, I was in a
better state of physical and emotional fitness than at any
time in my life, and I have to attribute it to using Crystal
Energy and MegaH. .

I noticed such a tremendous difference in how I felt shortly
after I began using Crystal Energy and MegaH. Before I
had been tired all the time and really dragging around. But
now, opting for laroscopic surgery, I was in and out of the
hospital in 2 days and at the end of the week was back to
my normal routine except for lifting. Six weeks later, I was
back to lifting and toting 25 lb. bags of potting soil and
hauling rocks for the gardens I'm creating here at Casa
de la Enchantmiento. .

And, after being out in the sun all day, or walking here
during the windy winter monhs, I can truthfully say,
the PhiScience's body and facial products are the finest
I have ever used. The almond oil used in the Amazing
Body lotion, a favorite of mine, is an "out of this world"
scent and I love the feel on my skin. Do give all these
products that can contribute so much to personal health
and wellness a try. And if you know of someone suffering
from a debilitating illness or who may be going in for
surgery, I can think of no nicer gift to speed their healing. .

We are so fortunate to have so many exceptionally
talented people on this list.

with love to all who contribute so much here, and in
gratitude for all that we do together to make this a
better world.

As to the acetone in the gas, you be the judge.

Adding Acetone to the gas will also get about that improvement in mileage

Use 2-4 oz (1/4 - 1/2 cup) of acetone per 10 gallons of gasoline to increase mileage by about that, 15 - 20% (in my '94 subaru every tank full x 3 yrs). Increases performance noticeably, engine runs smoother and quieter, and reported to reduce emissions by 40% - all by lowering surface tension, and improving the efficiency of combustion.

  For diesel, use a little less, ~ 1/3 cup / 10 gallons.

Buy at paint department in solvent, paint thinner section, ~ $13/gallon, and put in with a long, flex funnel.

I have been using a Brown's gas generator on my 2005 Honda CRV. for 8 months. It has improved the mpg by 5. More power also.
I purchased the unit from http://www.magdrivehydro-gen.com/more-info.html

I've had some negative responses to the earlier
post on Brown's Gas which I don't believe worthwhile
posting. But, I do appreciate the concern that this
      might be a scam.

So, for those who are doubters, here's some more
info that gives an overview of three different ways
to do this, and compares them.

One company does give a 56-day money back
guarantee, and perhaps the others give money-back
guarantees as well but don't say so on the main
page. And I'm leaving it to people on the list to
      investigate further.

      http://runyourcarwithhho.com/index2.php?id=A103089

The drawback for many is that these are kits which need
to be installed, but perhaps a local mechanic in your
area will soon be offering installation at reasonable prices.

Maybe someone on the list who can afford to do so will try
this out and let the rest of us know.

With love and in gratitude for all we do together.
