Adding Acetone to the gas will also get about that improvement in mileage

Use 2-4 oz (1/4 - 1/2 cup) of acetone per 10 gallons of gasoline to increase mileage by about that, 15 - 20% (in my '94 subaru every tank full x 3 yrs). Increases performance noticeably, engine runs smoother and quieter, and reported to reduce emissions by 40% - all by lowering surface tension, and improving the efficiency of combustion.

For diesel, use a little less, ~ 1/3 cup / 10 gallons.

Buy at paint department in solvent, paint thinner section, ~ $13/gallon, and put in with a long, flex funnel.

I have been using a Brown's gas generator on my 2005 Honda CRV. for 8 months. It has improved the mpg by 5. More power also.
I purchased the unit from http://www.magdrivehydro-gen.com/more-info.html

I've had some negative responses to the earlier
post on Brown's Gas which I don't believe worthwhile
posting. But, I do appreciate the concern that this
    might be a scam.

So, for those who are doubters, here's some more
info that gives an overview of three different ways
to do this, and compares them.

One company does give a 56-day money back
guarantee, and perhaps the others give money-back
guarantees as well but don't say so on the main
page. And I'm leaving it to people on the list to
    investigate further.

The drawback for many is that these are kits which need
to be installed, but perhaps a local mechanic in your
area will soon be offering installation at reasonable prices.

Maybe someone on the list who can afford to do so will try
this out and let the rest of us know.

With love and in gratitude for all we do together.

    mr
