WILLIAM RHENQUIST HUMAN RIGHTS CRIMINAL: John Andrews, Egalitarianist Scholar recalls the following Rhenquist history which U.S. residents must know. In 1952, while a law clerk for Supreme Court Robert H. jackson, Rhenquist wrote that the nazi "separate but equal" doctrine announced by the Supreme Court in Plessy v.
