The government creates currency. I create money.

DP: I'm not sure what you're getting at here. There is a
considerable body of work analyzing how the token's
that symbolize a community's credit obtain their value
fundamentally through people's belief that they have
value.

However, no one individual can create this belief
system.

On the other hand, an individual could counterfeit symbols
of this belief system, or a group could set up a banking
system to do likewise; and thereby hijack the community's
credit.

I think your heart is in the right place, but I don't think
you can self-define common words (as in the statement
'I create money') and expect to have any meaningful
progress that needs the support of larger groups. I could
likewise say I create the currency, not the government;
and build a similar case to how this is so, but it would
not advance anything for the common good imo.

Also, the compounding interest ingrained in the money
creation process is the main driver of the ponzi pyramid,
not a fair profit (which is non-inflationary in that value
is increased in relation to the symbols of value in such
cases).
