Dear Sixth Graders Lurking On My Copy List,

The time may have arrived for an open debate on 
Good and Evil, TOP and TWP, and whether we will 
be given a real choice in November 2008. If I have 
read the signs correctly, now is the time for you to 
confirm my assertion in the signature below and 
start the debate on how Top and TWP relate to 
"diminishing returns" and "increasing returns" 
to scale, as illustrated on attached Figure 7-9m.gif. 


The attached file is now thirteen years old, and 
my mentor Dr. W. Curtiss Priest is the only person 
on the web who has asked a question during those 
thirteen years about the structure of the Whole 
Divine Law.  The founding fathers put the first 
four religious Commandments on the back burner.  
Louis Blanc provided the two missing poetic Moral 
Commandments which add the three Mosaic tithes 
to the Decalogue.  The last six moral Commandments, 
as mentioned in the seventh of the thirty-nine Articles 
Of Religion are as universally accepted as "Thou shall 
not steal" and "Thou shall not kill."  

The only thing I could think of, to widen the scope 
of this figure, is the statement that all forms of 
government are equally bad, when the LAW is missing 
or incomplete. 

Figures 8 and 9 show that a society naturally forms 
two classes: a poor class which is supporting non-
productive dependents and an upper class which 
decides the public policy of the society.  The US 
public policy changed from TOP to TWP in 1898, and 
continues to date.  Is every body happy?
