Of course the programs have yet to be created.  What I'm asking you for
is to tell us what are the sorts of things the programs would be looking
at and what are the sorts of things the programs are going to adjust. 
Some guidance to the programmers, so to speak.  If you can't answer that
then you have a belief in some form of magic.  Miracle programs that
miraculously appear.  It certainly has no relationship to science.
