for 'frictions' AND taxes AND 'middle-men/women'.

is it true or false that scientists make falsifiable
claims and do scientists go thru a ‘rigorous’ referee
process?

science is neither true nor false; nor for that matter
is maths or physics.

let us seperate science into two domains: social &
physical science.

the state of statistical method in ANY of the social
science [sociology, psycholoy, economics and so on] is
abysmal. social sciences do NOT prove anything at all,
even if checked by similar chooks of the same breed
i.e., there clones of the same errors.

wrt the physical sciences, the mass of tech fluff that
buries advanced physics is only understood by a few
people who are experts in the area e.g. feynman path
integrals in quantum mechanics.

cosmology is a pack of loosely linked FAIRY tales,
loosely linked to the known facts. the big bang [bing]
has no way of being falsified, unless we get a time
machine in the near future.

is time a physical reality? no.

it is AN idea, and thus ALL physics relating to time
must be re-considered [the basic axioms in physics are
space, 3-D, and time as a PHYSICAL ENTITY].

i could give a mountain more contrary examples to
illustrate my points, but space limits my words [like
u].

engineers [i.e., people who DO stuff & MAKE stuff]
know that science only offers a ‘loose’ conceptual map
to guide design. thus, i doubt that u would get much
support from any engineer who has a wealth of
experience in practical matters.

the proof of the pudding in computer science is “does
it work”? when does It fail etc


science is a DESIGN buried in the past based on a
cloning process perpetuated by the guru journals, at
all levels & areas of academia.

assume god is the same as ‘nature’, including all life
& material stuff EXCEPT humans.

does god have a system of ethics?

what does a system of ethics DO? a system of ethics
DRIVES, like a set of levers in levels of the human
mind, our actions & in-action. in particular, ideas
classify actions into good & evil classes.

thus, our actions DEFINE our systems of ethics i.e.,
define our soul. of course, in order for social rules
to define good & evil, the social system [call it a
tribe of size=cog people, where cog is the NUMBER=# of
people] must have a set of rules or laws or ‘norms’
[implicit social laws] to guide inter-actions [let us
keep PRIVATE actions out of the PUBLIC field of play].

thus, we can talk of PRIVATE & PUBLIC systems of
ethics for fair play, for inter & intra social
exchange WITH nature=god.

so, is there any place for TRUTH?

no.

all laws [in the general sense of the word] are
subject to DOUBT=element of mystery in the input to
see/hear/predict to ‘know’ if the law can be applied.

religions & public sets of laws seek to determine fair
action & re-action for all social exchange.

we have many religions & many gurus to interpret the
good books to define fair actions & inaction in all
aspects of our social life e.g., school rules etC.

are religious laws THE true word of god? whose version
of god do u follow [what guru?]? there are many
HUGE=massive ideas that must be clear to all BEFORE a
social system can function. laws will not be fair as
the context changes & the society evolves. it is
important to observe that the above apllies to ALL
social systems thru history.

or a MAP [a crucial idea], via looking at a prime or
primitive tribe with the ‘usual’ animals about & micro
life forms.

i will then look at WHAT happens when we bring in

initial prime tribe. this will mirror what has
happened to human tribes thru history [many times

A key problem for all of your players is that the
debate lacks a coherent basis for analysis and
synthesis of data [potential & actual].

That is, the debate comes down to views of players
that have different models to analysis [a
SELF-limited] of a given data set [that will include

data will depend on a user defined model.

How many models of analysis & synthesis can we have as
a group? Further, how will the group adapt as new data
& models evolve over time.

Thus, let us say one person in a group has a SINGLE

The reason why literacy & numeracy in business ethics
is so important to the social evolution becomes
self-evident. It is for this reason that religions of

Justice is a global system of fair exchange markets -
“social justice” means the same thing as “economic
justice” i.e., social & economic are redundant to
JUSTICE.

We are all biased based on our personal history & a
‘hidden’ set of core axioms that drive our view of the
world. Further, we block views [by design or by
default] of others due to self-interest or lack of
skills to see meaning.

I have reviewed many comments from a very wide range
of sources from all walks of life.

I make the claim that I have invented a SINGLE [i.e.,
unique] error-correcting linear code [see Shannon for
a ‘constructive’ proof].

This will only happen once in human history. BUT, our
IP laws & security systems exclude the option of
ensuring that ALL people can have ownership. i want my
invention to be a global public patent.

a recipe for justice & some basic ideas

first, you must be able to DEFINE=’what’ democracy.
second, you must be able to say HOW we go from where
we are, to the ‘promised’ land:=:FAIR social exchange
system[s], such that the pain=cost is keep to a min on
an inter & intra generational basis.
third, what systems of info/data and performance
measurement systems do you propose?
fourth, what do u propose about entrenched greed
arrogance & revenge?
fifth, why not have a course in lit & num in business
ethics, such that all people [across the planet, in
all ‘codes’] can play?
a good place to start is “why flip a coin” 
 and
“the elements of justice” - these books give a TECH
outline of the issues i.e., excludes most sane people.
thus, any system of WORDS & IDEAS [such as ‘time’ and
’space’] must have a COMMON meaning for ALL people in
any nation, that are simple [e.g., short words such as
fair or just or market] and TRANSLATE=transFORM, SUCH
that all ideas and words are without ANY errors i.e.,
LIKE A ROCK!
sixth, key ideas should be of common social value:
i suggest: “ALL PEOPLE ARE FAMILY”. then build with a
SINGLE common value as a basis for social exchange,
such that fair markets are built across the globe.
7th, u need to pay far more attention to getting the
logistics of education and inertia from those who
think they will lose, such as teachers. teachers will
NOT lose any status or income but rather will have far
more ability to do things [as ‘method’] as managers of
the learning process. students would have TOTAL
freedom to use examples and ideas drawn from any
source as they see fit. further, each student would
have a portfolio over time of learning about ideas and
physical skills over core functional social skills.

    a quick note to point out some thing u may find
useful.

as u may have noticed, i have a good ed' in
maths/stats/physics & economics/ecology SYSTEM design.

the sea of EACH of these areas are vast e.g., maths.

so, the 'trick' is to learn what is useful to solve
problems in the 'real' world - nearly all the early
maths was premised on practical matters e.g., maths
got a huge boost with commercial arithmetic, with a
book by traders around 1492, in venice.

maths people tend to fall in love with their work or
'others' who are maths gurus - this has always
happened e.g., "priests" & buddha, jesus, ali +...

so, people have always been a prisoner of the IDEAS
[good & evil] thru ALL socail trade systems - the
animal world does not suffer the same inertia and thus
are more free from a DEAD past than humans.

at the moment, the west in buried up to its eyeballs
in slop of the past e.g., 'the' calculus.
calculus has NEVER solved any problem worth solving.
statistics is without a SOUND basis in ANY social
science, including psychO and economics/ecology.
even astronomy does NOT conform to a basic requirement
of 'science' - no social research QUALIFIES for a
label of 'science', even 'roughly'.

so, we are stuck in the past [especially in academic
cycles], including physics e.g., TIME IS AN IDEA, not
a physical reality - this changes all science AND
social research.

a key place in eco [ecology + economics] is the word
"fair", or "random" [see einstein on "god does not
play dice, in his last book on his work just before he
died].

as it turns out, most of what i have ever learned is
'fluff' i.e., most of what many people THINK they
know, is perfectly useless.

this is good & bad - it is VERY bad for big gurus of
THEORY, good for [say] engineers who build/design
stuff [such as my brother who is a chem eng design eng
in petroleum].

the key issue is: HOW do we get these fat-heads at
academic organs ADAPT and start to teach some thing
useful? this is no easy matter?

can we teach a 7+ year HOW to build a right-angle
triangle? yes. how do i know? i did it. why is this
'useful'? it is USEFUL to BUILD stuff, such as a dog
kennel or a house. can a child BUILD=construct a right
angle triangle of ANY size? yes. and so on.

point? in our hurry to teach stuff FORCED on schools
by GURU+SSS, around the globe, we KILL the creative
spirit of kids GLOBALLY!

what city kid can fix a bike? build any thing? make a
'cubby' house? we [all people] build/solve problems by
using a small set of ideas in a PHYSICal context, and
then by analogy, extend those skills into other areas.

so, this is WHY i spent so much time on 'ethics'
[common to all religions], business [all social stuff
can be called 'business', including our 'love'/hate
life] AND method/'the-way', that is core to the art of
peace and war [see peguin edition of master sun work
"the art of war" - this could easily form the basis
for ALL lit&num in business ethics, in ALL codes,
across the planet].

ps janos, why did archimedes put a unit cylinder +
circle on his tomb? or, why is the 'theory' of optimal
line segments useful to build ai or a global system of
fair trade or ...?

thus, theory is only useful IFF it solves a social
problem. this has allowed me to narrow in on a 'small'
[HUGE amount any way] of the vast scope of info in
academia and maths i.e., i only a 'fraction' of all
there is in the area of 'stochastic process control'
etc

BUT I KNOW THE USEFUL STUFF e.g., linear model of
stratonovich calculus and eco GROWTH and FAIR
index/indicator growth [pos&neg] models, with some
stuff on catastrophes [e.g., 'blooms'... and busts in
eco'].

Design impacts on all aspects of how we live - it is
of great importance to know what resources we have [or
could have] & what design we create as 'our' vision.

Education & health systems are good examples of social
design - this includes the people, tools, buildings,
equipment, info flows & HOW things could evolve over
time.

Should we have central or de-central design laws or
criteria & standards? This will depend on the design
method u use & will depend on THE problem, of course,
and a problem can only be solved if you or I can
define the problem in the first place.

what is the KEY or core or origin of our social pain?
Greed & arrogance & revenge = EVIL? We can see these
three as a common constraint set on all social design.

Design laws must take into account the errors & the
trilogy for all levels of design - it is of great
import to cut external control, to the exclusion of
others, of a set of FAIR laws. So, design a set of
fair=just laws for your social trade systems? Where
should we start?

i once went thru a book called “why flip a coin:
” by
an emeritus prof’ of physics, who worked on “nuke” &
military strategy for USA.

in a basic sense of the word, it was about democratic
process [group decisions], game theory & governance at
a general level of the human mind i.e., it was an
[excellent] attempt to define reason at a self & group
level.

it is of great import to have QUALITY inputs & outputs
on blogs - there is no such thing as a ‘group’ view on
ANY policy. demo’ process is an attempt to pull all
policy options into a single or series of countable
set of options for the ‘decision’ maker.

it would be useful if ALL school teachers were given a
grounding in management process with statistics to
support decisions & formulation of views by the
players in any given context.

i will give an outline of STRATEGY such that people
form their own views on policy option gneration &
decision processes.

i will use the maxims of napoleon & the proverbs given
by david crystal & a local context to drive my
education program - this can be made global.

i intend on claiming polly asylum in russia or cuba -
oz does NOT have sufficient people who have COURAGE to
take on our gurus in gov agencies, academia &
business. in a basic sense, i think oz is ‘farkED’
when it comes to evolution. i have given my reasons in
other blogs.

it is NOT enough to be a person of good intent, such
as p. garrot, u must have good strategy, people u can
trust who are competent in the area of interest & the
best info support systems. of course, the EVIL guys &
gals do NOT play by civil or fair rules.

any polly needs to be able to generate ideas &
strategy for ‘other’ lesser lights & distribute as a
mode of reason.

it would appear that joc has implicit or explicit
support from other corrupt pollies. is this mere left
inspired drivel?i am neither left nor right nor the
middle groupie - i refuse to accept any of the slogans
of any polly party, across the globe. for the most
part, i think that they are in-competent or corrupt or
both.

the right seems to be more competent but lack a sense
of justice e.g., i think joc is competent in some ways
[else he has “good” advisers in a strategic sense of
word] but it is clear that joc has fallen in love with
the idea of himself as a ‘great white hoPE’ of the oz
people. as it turns out, many people seem to have seen
thru hubris & arrogance of joc & cronies.

of course, greed plays both sides of the left & right
& the middle ground [such as ‘civil’ rights
movements].

greed has a firm basis in centres of ethics & justice
around the globe e.g., at the world bank or un or imf
etc


these centres of civil society often form a global net
work to subvert fair process via either bias in data,
info or process.

in a basic sense, these centres of justice need to
cleaned out as soon as possible - sadly, it is always
possible for corrupt gov agencies to re-build a new
net work.

so, who should be the new civil group? kids from all
sectors of social groups i.e., kids cannot do any
worse than adult, based on what i have seen from
history & the current crop of ethics gurus.

further blogs will be aimed at ’smart’ kids [7-11] who
have a solid course in lit & num in business ethics
[as long as the IDEAS translate across codes & social
context & is FUN
