[GJM] Chartalism = Fiat Money.

Dear All,

       We live, and learn in this life! Only today I
came across the term Chartalism which was used to
describe TFE to some extent. I looked up its meaning,
and it seems to mean the same thing as Fiat Money. As
such I have appended (electronically speaking) an
interesting Wikipedia entry on the subject.
