the key issues facing gjm is that you have no way of
building a 'command' & control structure that is
viable over the long-term. this is not a reflection of
the intent or competence of players in gjm.

it would be easy for your enemies [entrenched systems
of global greed] to subvert the process of debate -
this often happens with people of good intent but with
out the organizational checks & balances. thus, your
first step must be a system of ethics to form a core
basis for debate.

it is for this reason that i emphasized the need for
li & num in business ethics i.e., an outline of "fair
play" in trade & debate.

at the moment, people like bill clinton [a person of
dubious ethics in my view] control the agenda for
lesser lights. in a similar way, people like al gore
are able to promote them selves as the white knight,
to "save the world".

the chances of getting action from the west are almost
nil - that is, fascists hold the high moral ground,
they control laws and interpretation/enforcement of
laws AND, in large measure, control the media in
either a direct or indirect way AT A GLOBAL LEVEL.
thus, the 'people' are ignorant of their own ignorance
[this was my situation for a large part of my life].

thus, the first step must be to fix the systems of
governance of finance systems as this is the most
transparent source of injustice. in order to fix
financial systems we require good CASH FLOW ACCOUNT
systems WITH valid and reliable methods of checks and
balances on cash flows. inter-national banks are a law
unto themselves, without any real way of weeding out
corrupt payments e.g., look at what happened to russia
and other ex-soviet' states. chaos breeds opportunity
for bargains IF the eco-terrorist has access to a
credit line. in my view, there was a pre-emptive
ECONOMIC strike against russia & other states from the
ussr. we do not need to look very far to see that this
sort of actions have happened often in the past.
basically, international banks promote and facilitate
illegal and legal terrorism across the planet [and
make HUGE money LEGALLY].

in recent times, the usa & lackies have seen that this
is also a means for 'terrorists' of the jihad type
[per 911]. thus, while the usa treasury can shut
down/freeze any accounts they see fit, they do NOT
shut down their own terror groups in the world bank,
imf, global banks and other corrupt cronies [who often
promote themselves as "fair" via the media].

so, follow the money trail first e.g., who made the
money in/from ussr, poland, rumania etc? hwo owns what
at a global level? how did they get the money? a
classic case is the marcos regime in phillipines [many
billions of dollars WITH global banks support behind
the scenes]. more recently, a note some thieves
returned to pakistan [ex-prime ministers] - how did
they get the money out? they commited GENOCIDE against
the pakistan people i.e., people starve etc...

thus, global banks WITH IMPLICIT?EXPLICIT gov support,
have always committed genocide [look at africa or
s.america for classic cases or this pack of genocidal
maniacs [they will claim "it is legal", at least in
appearance] or they 'deserve' their money based on
MERIT etc... if these same people have the high moral
ground in the public domain, then the public is
blissfully un-aware that they support genocide.

to illustrate this general point - look at what is
happening with cigs in LDCs and in the recent past
with tobacco GENOCIDE. i note that cig corps are
flogging death in afganistan [with chewing gum]. at a
really basic level, global corps subvert the polly
process AT A GLOBAL LEVEL and have always got off any
serious penalty.

guess what? it is still happening.

instead, smokers wear high costs and die by the ship
load AND get socially excluded!

so, the idea of global justice via a dis-organized
rabble is improbable.

the chief culprit is the usa who throws its military, 
eco and and threats around like flowers for all to
share. gwb and neo-cons are supported by a very strong
PRIVATE military machine, a ruthless spy/terror
network and corrupt pollies and a compliant "christain
crusader" types at home. further, this is compounded
by a dominant mind set [with compliant academics] of
greed and a merit of no-basis]. the uk and oz seem to
have followed suit.

so, who are the really BIG terrorists? who have been
the big terrorist since ww2? simple. follow the money
trail and see who got/gets what.

as a final point, look at the history of iran + shah +
actions of oil gaints and actions of people like
rumsfeld [remember him shaking the hand of our villian
saddam?]. about 2 million people died in the iraq/iran
war PLUS huge social costs to both sides [promoted by
usa and 'others'].

so, now usa wants to bomb iran? other western states
seem to think this is a good idea e.g., france.
