[GJM] Up to date account of citizens' direct democracy UK

To:  All egalitarian patriots

1.  Note there is no U.S. Constitutional rrequiremenet
that state electors vote in conformity with the
popular vote of a given state when voting in the
electoral college.  Reread the Federalist papers and
review Madison's admonition that U.S. democracy must
be liited Costitutionally.    So much for U.S. facist
plutocracy.
