the issues facing the global peACE move$ is simple -
the problem[s] has been shown in a number of ways.

global systems of finance [credit & debit] are corrupt
&
rotten to the core - i attach some tech & an outline
of a system of ethics based on 'elements of justice',
CUP, 2006.

the next step, is to FIX global systems of education
in the areas of lit&num in business ethics - COMMON
ideas that TRANSFORM, without bias, across ALL
codes/languages, BASED on the "art of war", delux
edition, penguin, with THE key idea from the art of
peace=be biased for the weak in all SOCIAL contracts &
trade [beware of liers who use 'weak' to abuse this
attitude e.g., "human rights" groupies]. the focus
should be on GIVING power to 'locals' who have
INTEGRITY & COURAGE & potential for 'competence' in
any area of functional duty].

do i think gov has the WILL & power to do any thing
e.g., "world bank"? no. russia, china, japan, germany
and some other states MAYBE. i have my doubts about
sarcasm of france [he thinks he is two chip$$ off the
napoleon block STock].

so, we know WHAT the problem is & below i have a TECH
solution that will work. the issue is not whether the
problem can be solved, the issue is do [at least some
key players] have the WILL & muscle to MAKE='force'
the changes on the global system of eco-genocide?

this is a FIRST step to avoid a global disaster of
even more pain than at present.

the key issue that faces this blog site is "who are
the editors" and who decides who can play the 'game'?

it is common practice for 'greed' to spoil any
"happyand free" group via 'spies' - thus, i always
assume i talk/write to an enemy, as a matter of
course.

as a general matter, the human species is in deep poo;
and as a result, so is all life as we know it.

the usa and the west have become the key reason why
this is so i.e., greed of no bound, arrogance of
'intelligence' & a dose of revenge on an 'as required'
basis per 911 wars. greed does not play by any rules
that are in the public domain.

at a basic level, we need a common set of ideas to
serve as a basis for 'fair trade'.

at the moment we have systemic and entrenched greed
across the globe. human history is not very 'pretty',
including oz & usa [who seem to think that 'we have a
"special" place on the global stage BASED on ideas of
rights & fair play].

to single out ANY
sect/cult/group/state/nation/sex/'race' etC
is an error of fact
i.e., {greed arrogance revenge}=evil is blind to
sex/race/time...

further, people with this mind 'virus' are not easily
moved by evidence, facts or reason i.e., a threat is
often the only thing that gives FORCE to any
negotiation in any conflict. kids are often 'killed'
via a mind control social system - some groups are
better at building "them versus us" than other
groups/sects. the basic strategy is the "art of war",
with some 'flair' of any given sect/cult/...

there is no value in any debate with a HARD
fundamentalist of ANY creed or breed i.e., reason has
no room to play with ideas and a FEASIBLE solution
space for a FAIR [contingent] result.

C. the key problem we have is that greed has the
resources & 'command & control' structures in place at
a global level.

further, any attack on part of this
system can be diverted into a waste basket with ease
via legal or illegal means [who defines what is
'torture' or illegal actions when u have gwb+cronies
in place?]. those who write/interpret/enforce and
determine the flow of 'facts'/idea$/timing determine
the result$.

the only real hope is to convince people in power that
it is in THEIR best interests to adapt.

i know many of the senators in usa via pbs with jim
lehrer [biased but i am very good on tone & context &
key ideas].

the usa polly system is corrupt & rotten to the core -
corps + lobby groups plus entrenched arrogance of your
academics and centres of 'governance' are crucial
issues. further, the media is dominated by a small
number of voices [who are very biased & selective
about what info and data is put on the public domain].

europe is no better.

in my view, western polly systems have become the
globe's worst night mare - i kid u*not.

i have put my views on these matters on the public
domain that u can check on "victor kacala" - i add one
below [from senator bartlett[oz] web*sight].

it is simple, i can USE my system but cannot build it
via softwire. greed has a habit of KILLING any and all
that stand in the road e.g., mlkJNR.

it is almost certain that asio & afp have ‘tabs’ on me
[even if they think i am a bit of a ‘fruit-cake’]. i
made a lot of noise in canberra [e.g., applied for
polly asylum to russia]; my guess is that afp & asio &
ruddock [bless his evil heart], ‘know’ any or all of
my emails etc.

i am very useful to them, either way u look at it. i
create some options that may be useful to them.

i am very familiar with the way power works in many
dif social contexts.

what if some could build an AI machine? how much would
it be worth? how many people would want such a
machine?

so, i have no intent on pulling my stuff into a
coherent whole - there is no way any one could squeeze
it out of me [by design by i] but i can & will use it
going foward.

my key weak points is lack of quality info [rather
than views] - thus, i value the views of [say] chomsky
above cheney/rumsfeld etc. there is three basic ways
of lying: omit & modify & add.

great liers lie by telling one lie that cannot be
confirmed or refuted.

or, they CONTROL the capacity of any one
telling/giving evidence that contradicts the lie[s].
e.g., pbs or abc [j.lehrer or "by design"/rn resp'].

every time you or any person gets into a given program
[say within the menu of abc/rn programs], you DESIGN a
verbal-emotional-pic/fig SToRY with sound drawn from a
variety of sources.

the big stage [via tone] is set by the presenter and
varying levels by ‘researchers’/producers/gathers of
data.

the whole story can be ‘twisted’ at a number of stages
e.g., false info/data at a crucial moment in story.

while your basic plot is premised on “by design”, the
reality is that the PROCESS of abc/rn programs is a
[set of] story linked to the basic notion of ‘design’
of a set of linked ideas [on p.zone] or a physical
outcome of a design process, in any given domain you
specify.

in a similar way, i am a designer in the area of
social systems, with a focus on education, health &
finance/treasury [debit/credit systems - within a risk
management framework]. of course, my skill set has
been built around the idea of an adaptive control
system [per electrical or chemical engineer, say] with
valid, accurate, timely, relevant info to guide action
by one or more people [in order to coordinate ACTION
or in+action=wait].

i have built and tested my systems in a treasury
management context e.g., bank systems are CR$P=SH*T
across the planet i.e., management decision systems &
metrics are a self&serve nonSENSE!

a teacher or a coach or a manager has a lot in common
with a control system with feedback e.g., this email.

“players should have the ATTITUDE that “i did my
best”" - that way players can judge them selves and
ask the coach for help [or others] on an as required
basis.

this way the coach acts as a manager of resources for
players, rather than direct play[s] like a footy coach
OR a teacher. of course at times the coach MUST make
the 'best' moves for a player[s] via inter & intra
exchange, within a 'final' goal of doing as well as
possible with the resources available, over time.

in fact, many teachers lack this notion of managing
the process, rather than control the players. the best
people to ‘unite’ & focus the players on a task, are
other players [in private & privacy]. if there is a
dif of view between players, then the coach can act as
a moderator/editor on an as required basis.

thus, great teachers have a lot in common with great
coaches i.e., get the players to do what they want to
do within the constraints of basic skills & com
skills.

routine can be the death of creativity & a pos passion
on the field of play.

god delusions on any play thing at any*time

the reason is that science & ANY religion are DIF is
that science has a conceptual MAP to guide REASON,
based on a set of data, to GUIDE a [set of]
beliefs/views about physical or social exchange.

religions have a 'story' that does not, nor can they
ever be, based on scientific 'method'. sadly, many
scientists in astronomy have gone into the fairy land
of a 'story' that can NEVER be either confirmed or
denied by some sort of evidence. astronomy of the BIG
bang is pure religion & has no evidence except that
contrived on the basis of HUGE leaps in some physical
theory.

the concept map in ANY & ALL religions is a ‘good’
book that guides action & reason [often subject to a
well-placed mystery & MIRACLE!] in a social system -
thus, we must make a distinction between social
science & physical sciences in terms of the QUALITY of
the evidence & conceptual map[s] to guide inference
about the area of interest e.g., human body.

religion has the same general focus on ’social’
exchange systems - the bible & koran & etc
 are
written by ’sub-gurus’ based on the ideas and life [as
they see it] of the BIG*%*guru. since people make
errors in form & content, a good book to guide action
is a mere story at best, or a HUGE lie at worst. this
is NOT to say that modern gurus are bad/evil people -
we are all in a prison of our history & social
constraints over time.

what is ’spirit’? e.g., soul?

i heard a guru on the religion report [abc/rn] talk on
dawkins book & series about "the root of all evil".

there was a claim that there is no conflict between
science & religion [in this instance, judaism or
christianity, in all its various forms & sects].

people often state that buddhism is a ‘religion’,
whereas in fact [based on the ideas of d.lama in
“beyond dogma
” it is a theory [with some evidence] of
mind that has a goal of “self” happiness.

there was a key error in the views given by our guru
[i basically agree that dawkins is a dill who seeks
fame & fortune]. he claimed that science & religion
have FAITH as a basis.

science has EVIDENCE, via some measurable value [with
error], as support for a conceptual map within a given
area of research [such as biology, physics etc
 -
maths is not really a ’science’ and might properly be
classed as a ‘religion’=a very useful religion for
science].

fundamentalists of ANY description [e.g., maths guru,
physics theorist, high*PRIEST ETc] have a CLOSED frame
of reference e.g., i/WE are the world gurus in THIS
domain. where is the potential for debate?
