How can the "spiritually-informed" be willing to copyright words of  
alleged wisdom?

I came to the realization the other day that we are all sophists (or  
prostitutes,) in that we all are forced to "sell" rather than to  
share.  The problem isn't Bush anymore than it is me or you.  It is  
bad enough selling apples, but selling words is the height of  
hypocrisy. (Note to George Harrison, John Lennon, and others.   
Selling words put to music is still sophistry.)  The entire education  
system is a system of sophistry.  There is not one teacher in the  
public education system that doesn't have a paycheck, a pension and  
health insurance. Sophists teach sophistry.  They teach the pursuit  
of wealth and not the pursuit of virtue (like Socrates did.)

I am reminded of the song by Supertramp (ie super-prostitute) from  
Crime of the Century (song and album by the same name)

Now they're planning the crime of the century
Well what will it be?
Read all about their schemes and adventuring
It's well worth a fee
So roll up and see
And they rape the universe
How they've gone from bad to worse
Who are these men of lust, greed, and glory?
Rip off the masks and let's see.
But that's no right - oh no, what's the story?
There's you and there's me
That can't be right

We are all enslaved, not just by other's lack of virtue, but also by  
our own.  And that is why the blame game endures without end.
