[GJM] Recommend Ecologist Article

Dear All,

This is a critique of the Chancellors Green budget. It appears to be a
main blog, and there is a link to Mary Fees article which is already
onsite here in another email.

I was intrigued to see there is a link to an article by James Robertson
who is wellknown in the world of interest free monetary reform.

However, as far as I can see this article was not published in the paper
version of Ecologist but rather on the so-called Ecologist online...I
may be wrong. Ofcourse, it would great if the former were the
case.............

With TFE we would have a much powerful way of dealing with green issues
rather than the the rather dumb approach of green taxes which are
somewhat limited to put it mildly......unless everyone else does the
same in the world especially in China, India, and America...the worst
polluters on the planet...................
