I think the Global Justice Movement has to be organized along
military lines to be effective. This goes against the grain of those
interested in the concept, in that most, including myself, like
the idea of as much individual freedom as possible. However,
there is a certain reality to be faced.
Those that absolutely could not function under such a structure
could function as irregulars, or partisans; to be supported by the
organized body. However, until there is a disciplined, organized
body, along military lines (even though the action is peaceful),
the endless discussions about minor matters will consume the
energy of most of those interested in positive change.

I had some stuff there as well (hate loosing sweated contributions)
Josep Ll Ortega was one of the main movers. Then he seems to have gotten fed up with endless discussions about minor matters.

Dear All,
It appears that the website which held a
Virtual Congress last year has been taken off line.
If I recall rightly or wrongly it was run by someone
called Hortega, or some such name? There were a number
of interesting articles on it, and it is a shame that
they cannot be accessed. I believe the website was
called World Unity Days, and was concerned with global
governance, and world citizenship. I think a few of us
made some contributions to it.
Light please.....anyone?
