Good Day To All,
It has been a while since I had the opportunity to respond
to three old friends with one E-mail. Mary Rose usually
responds before I can get two thoughts together. Perhaps,
as we move closer to the abyss of Eastman's Revolution
my comments will be more helpful than previous
responses.
#42 of 4 June from atop the four legged stool of
Roberts, Buchanan, North, and Eastman invited our
attention to the folly of a US public policy that
moved the purchasing power of the US dollar from
$1.00 in 1785, up to $3.97 in 1895, and by 1913 back
down to $261, or 65.7% of its 1895 value. Clearly,
the imbalance between our public policy (50% of TOP)
and our corporate policy (100% of TOP) was firmly
established for more than eighteen years before
the Federal Reserve System and the Internal Revenue
Service were installed in 1913. In the 20 June issue
of Distribution at LewRockwell.Com; Gary North, whose
shoulders I stood on for #42, described the injury to
our dollar since 1913:
"A $1,000 purchase in 1914, the first full year of
operations by the Federal Reserve System, would
cost you more than $20,000 today. That is a
depreciation of over 95%."
~~~~~~~~~~~~ End Gary North ~~~~~~~~~~~~
Gary's timely article explored all of the explanations
of inflation and proposals for the elimination of inflation
that have been invented since 1913, as well as a few
found in Scripture. But there is nothing in our literature
which even points to the thirty centuries old principle
of Subsidiarity as the root cause of the imbalance
between our public financial policy and our corporate
financial policy.
#42 also evoked a "Not Delivered" notice for
lewrockwell at gmail.com>. Otherwise, the response
was a veritable tsunami of scholarly articles on
the folly of empire; on the need to abolish the
Federal Reserve system; on the coming crash
of the US economy; and on how to survive this
crash by investing your dollars in gold and other
commodities.
And what astonishing attribute did these many
scholarly articles have in common? Each article
demonstrated the author's total indifference to, or
his absolute denial of, the inner structure of the
corporate competitive pricing policy. This Optimum
Policy (may we call it TOP) has been perfected
by American corporations; copied by global
corporations; and willfully, deliberately, and
systematically withheld from America's tax-
payers since 1895. What American taxpayers got
from their elected representatives in Congress
since 1895 is 50% of TOP. This is the same wrong
policy (let's call it TWP) which Biblical Israel's
taxpayers got from Rehoboam, King Of Judah
in B.C. 975. He was way ahead of his time. That was
thirty centuries ago as shown on the attached file,
Figure 12m.gif.
As C. H. Douglas suggested, and Robert Searle is
currently discussing with John Bunzl, our inquiry
should not be directed to the banks or the
corporations, but to Transfinancial Economics,
Binary Economics, the Simultaneous Policy,
Social Credit, or some other definitive corrective
action to restore, and perfect the performance
of our free market economy, our 222 year old
life support system.
When the "Laws Of Nature And Of Nature's
God" are violated; uninstructed human nature,
without any assistance from Satan, enables
and enforces the defective performance of
the prevailing system which L. Urban Kohler
deplores in the brief excerpt below:
~~~~~~~~~ Snip to conclusion ~~~~~~~~~~
So I'm saying "the real string pullers" will not be
found, because they are not humans. The system itself
pulls the strings. Humans are faced with a choice:
1) go along with the system and prosper, -- to greater
or lesser extent depending on their level of
involvement and power,-- or 2) resist, thereby becoming
voluntary losers in this rigged game. My strong belief
is that trying to root out the evil and corrupt HUMANS
having their way with our planet is a waste of time.
The system that makes them (true evildoers) powerful
and prosperous is what must be changed, so that it
instead empowers those who choose to work for
sustainability and cooperation.
I think humans are adaptable. They will compete, tromp
on competitors, be ruthless, if that is necessary for
success, (and it IS, under the current rules). But they
could just as well be cooperative and nurturing if the
system were changed so that it rewarded cooperation
and punished greed rather than vice versa.
This feels vague & hard to understand, yet also seems
a very key insight. I've struggled to express this
today and in the past. Hopefully anybody see what I'm trying to
say?
PS Maybe i'm just saying "Corporations now rule, and
instead of serving humankind and life, their agenda is
power and profit, regardless of the negative result.
Can this be changed?"

Comments by Mary Rose:
~~~~~~~
"Urban, what you write here plays into what I've
been saying that it is the system that creates
evil-doing, not evil-doers. And so the system has
to change."
~~~~~~~~
"So, while our present system was viable for a period
of time, as the complexity of our social being grew,
(the corporate structure) it outgrew the ability of the
present system to manage it appropriately and as
Urban puts it, the corporation began to not only
manage us, but to own us as well. And while it
may be working for the corporation, it just is not
working for us."
~~~~~~~~
"So, we need a new system of management and
governance that has the ability to bring balance
back into the equation."
~~~~~~~~~~ End Mary Rose ~~~~~~~~~~~
Mary is quite right, some things never change: "It is the system
that creates evil-doing, not evil-doers." The proportion of evil-
doers in America is probably no greater than the proportion of
evil-doers in Biblical Israel during the folly of King Rehoboam,
when the "denominator paradigm" was made an integral part of
our life support system. From that day forward, there is no
historical record of a "metanoia" (a total global mind change,
thanks to Mary Nelson in reply to Mary Rose) until 1670 through
1891 and the contribution of exceptional authors such as those
listed on Figure 12m.gif. That first "metanoia" created the
American Republic and terminated the Holy Roman Empire.
>From 1776 until 1895 the American life support system
worked as the founders expected for an agrarian society
and became the "last best hope of mankind." But the advent
of industrialization found the agrarian solution (just laws,
moderate taxes, and universal public education alone) to be
technically incomplete. Since 1895, our most creative people
have been employed in an effort to perfect the optimum policy
(TOP) for our corporations. I may have missed something, but
my best statement of TOP is illustrated by Figure 7-9k.gif,
"The Whole Divine Law", on Dr. Priest's website in the
signature below.
This is the inner structure of the corporate competitive pricing
policy mentioned above. It is regarded as secret proprietary
knowledge by at least five earthly powers, to whom a public
disclosure of this knowledge is anathema.
In historical order they are:
1, The Thirteenth Tribe of Biblical Israel, which did not inherit
the land and was supported by the Second Tithe with an average
income of four times the average income of the twelve tribes
which were obliged to make their living by working the land.
2, The Church of Rome, which adopted TOP in 1891 to restore
the Holy Roman Empire in Europe, but continues to practice
the principle of subsidiarity in the United States.
3, Islam, which appears to be practicing the principle of subsidiarity.
4, The British Empire, still practicing the principle of subsidiarity.
5, The American Empire. practicing the principle of subsidiarity
since 1895, when the second "metanoia" should have occured
in the USA, as it did in Switzerland, and a half century later in
Western Europe and Japan to enable their economic miracles.
After thirty centuries of Subsidiarity [the wrong policy (TWP)
for an industrial society], attached Figure 12m.gif leaves us
divided and conquered by the political dialog. Every issue
is fragmented with a well paid faction of the clerisy promoting
each fragment. Any one who tries to climb to the summit,
where the issue is simply an inequality, is regarded as a traitor
to the comfortable class which pays all the salaries. So the
kind of research I have been doing since 1969 must be done
pro bono. But that research, and the figures on the web site
below, is the only gift I can leave to my children and their children.
Kind regards,
Wes Burt
