Dear Robert,
It's nice to be in touch with you again. Thankyou for your comments on the new binary website.

I had a re-read of your interesting TFE paper and would prefer not to get heavily involved in too much TFE/BE comparison as we know the respective positions.

However, it is important that we all try to inform each other of developments and I would like to ask your view of the proposed American Monetary Act (www.monetary.org American Monetary Institute -- Stephen Zarlenga). There has been some rhetoric surrounding this proposed Act but I am far from certain that it is widely known what the Act contains or what people's views on it are.

Anyway, my question to you is -- Is the American Monetary Act a TFE proposal, or a BE proposal, or something in between, or something very different?

Rodney Shakespeare.
