Hello again Marguerite and Steve,
Things are looking up. Thank you both for
your replies to #24 which are appended below.
Who knows how many World Citizens may
reply to this #25 which will try to get a little
closer to the one page presentation of TOP
and TWP which I thought I had published in
February 1969 as Figure 10c.gif, "Life Cycle
Of A System and the United States." Fig10c
and other "one page" presentations, dated
1994 and later, have been on Dr. W. Curtiss
Priest's web site below for about five years
without attracting a bit of notice from the
politically correct folks. A picture is worth a
thousand words, but not to folks who are on
the payroll of our century old status quo.
As Marguerite knows so well, I am a slow learner.
But that defect of intellect may have allowed
me to live long enough to complete this task
which should have been accomplished in 1789
when the politically correct agrarian package of
Law was put together "to demonstrate a pattern
of nationhood." Presidents Lincoln, Garfield,
McKinley, and Kennedy and Dr. Martin Luther
King were so successful at being PIC (politically
incorrect) that they left the job incomplete.
Steve, I need your help: or I may keep doing
the wrong thing over and over, as I have done
these last thirteen years with the figures which
were posted on the Free Speech web site by
Derek Darves in 1999 and posted by Dr. Priest
on the epie.org web site currently. You received
Fig6c on #23 and Fig7-9k on #24 but neither
figure evoked a comment.
Let me propose the attached file, Fig12l.gif, "TOP,
The Optimum Policy For Local Government," as a
possible approach to a one page presentation of
the structural defect of omission in the founding
of today's global superpower. Read from the
bottom and move up toward the top. The sequence
takes the reader from the old testament, through the
Jewish remnant and the Holy Roman Empire, up past
the obfuscation of the industrial centuries and the names
of several authors who tried their best to change the path
of development from Empire to a gentler mode of society,
and finally to the simple definition of the defect. The US
has allowed one Law for corporations and a defective
version of the same Law for governance of its people.
Too much of the world has allowed the CBS to enforce
the defective version on both their corporations and their
people. I can't see the justification for such enforcement,
but then I only managed a 2.5/4.0 grade point average in
school and cannot expect to fathom the CBS mind.
The essence of these figures is captured in the
Christian principle of Subsidiarity which the
Church of Rome, alone among our five Western
religions, has countered, since 1891, with a very
weak proposal of the optimum policy; following
Adam Smith's First Maxim of Taxation, Thomas
Paine's Rights Of Man Part II, Leo X III's Rerum
Novarum, and Bertram Russell's Principles Of
Social Reconstruction. To be sure, some Christians
don't read the Old Testament because it is a
Jewish Book. Such Christians won't be able to
find the optimum policy for corporations written
anywhere else but in the scribblings of Wes Burt,
and that is Anathema.
If we tolerate a systemic defect of omission in
our social order which depresses purchasing
power, depresses the value of our money, and
prevents a national economy from consuming
its own product, how can we expect a global
economy of two hundred such national
economies to be stable and prosperous?
Steve, thanks again for your helpful comments.
Please point the way to a one page presentation
that might draw a crowd of American voters and
I'll take my chances with the CBS. US voters are
the last and only super power that can resolve
this problem. All of these figures are public
property, uae them as you see fit, they are just
not taught in our schools.
Kind regards,
Wes Burt

Wes, what you are talking about falls under the

Hi Wes,
Thanks a lot for your extensive comments. We all have lots to do apart
from writing emails and it is no wonder and no need for an apology
when a few days pass between. Compared to writing letters, I think we
are still a lot faster!
Regarding the Jubilee is a very radical idea and I don't know that the
Hebrews ever really practiced it in full. Of course, as you say, we need
to deal with the problems at their source but of course this model would
tend to demonstrate justice.
However, like so many grand ideas, it would need to be implemented
by a state or nation with the influence or power to do so. Therefore it
has to remain pie in the sky for the time being.
I found your statement
> All of the Democratic National Parliaments in the world, plusthe
> Democratic Global Parliament to be established by "One World
Government," have
> nothing to add to our knowledge of the "Laws of Nature and Of Nature's
God" which
> govern the flow of money and wealth through our corporations and local
governments. If
> the Law governs, there is little, except trivia, for Democratic
Parliamentsto worry about.
very enlightening and true. There is a sense in which we already
have a World Government (unfortunately) - Pax Americana. How
similar the situation of those in Afghanistan and Iraq must seem to
its inhabitants as the Jews in Palestine at the time of Pax Romana.
A 'One World Government' is no guarantee for the interests and
needs of the minorites and the poor in itself. This is one of the
problems I have with World Citizenship - unless it is based on
principles or as you state "Laws of Nature and Of Nature's God".
I also wholeheartedly endorse your statement: " the solution closely
follows the Schonfield's goals and needs only a one page presentation
if properly stated". Could you attempt such a presentation? I would
like to post it on the website for starters as well as anything else you
care to contribute to building, developing and spreading the idea.
Yours
Steve
