=====================
I would urge banks like Barclays to take a lead in the issuing interest free laons for ensuring ecologically safe and reverent trnasactions. Ecologically hostile usuriuous finance system is fuelling developments that are not good for all of us collectively. It may be good for some but there are huge ecological costs involved. It is better for the banks to initiate discussions on finding the solutions to global warming and social inquity. Millennium Development Goals and Kyoto Protocol emission targets call for radical thinking . I have found along with many that eliminating the usurious and speculative finance is necessary ecologically. This is also a faith based global imperative. All pious men and women following the commands of Allah/God against usury need to end this system. We can do this with generating more and more opinions and decisions for ending the speculative, ecological hostile banking system. Thereis no other way. Islamic banks need to find the best way for
collaboration.
