 Hi Marion.  Glad you picked this up and responded so soon.  I've been
wanting to connect you and Steve Bhaerman, who also knows Carla 
Hannaford.  And to connect Steve to Bill Ellis as well.  I know you and Bill

are already connected through his Learning Communities network which 
he has set up to promote alternative learning. For other Co-learner's 
Bill Ellis has been at this for over 27 years. 

Before he started working with Swami Beyonanda, Steve B. was the founder 
of an alternative school.  

It would be great, Marion, if you could join with Dr. Hannaford to do more 
presentations nationwide.  Perhaps working with Swami to bring a little
humor 
into this as well.  

 And, I hope that Marilyn Nyborg is picking up on this to get it out to the 
Gather the Women Network as well as Janaia Donaldson and any others 
with large circles of influence.  

While many are working to balance our current social systems and transform
our "unhealthy society" into a healthy one so we may move forward in
wellness
and wholeness, we have to change human consciousness first -- and that
requires 
education and whole-brain integration.  

In her book:  "The Dominance Factor" Dr. Hannaford writes:  "The optimum
learning 
state is one of whole brain integration. In this state, both hemispheres are
equally 
active all the time, thus accessing ALL sensory information and effectively 
communicating, moving and acting on the information.  The learning
environment 
can be designed or improved to encourage whole-brain learning." 

Brain integration is also the focus of Dr. V. Vernon Woolf, but Dr. Woolf
also 
emphasizes transformation of "holodynes" or thought patterns with the power
to 
cause.  These holodynes may be passed down from generation to generation 
through the sperm and egg, and largely influence human behavior from the
quantum 
level.  Or they may be acquired early in life -- usually through trauma.  Or
 they may
be acquired through education modalities used by religious or other
educational 
institutions  We see many adults and children "indoctrinated" into a
culturally-biased 
"collective consciousness," from which it is difficult to escape. 

I know cellular biologist, Dr. Bruce Lipton, is also working in this area
and recommend 
his book:  "The Biology of Belief".
