dear prof',
in a basic sense, the best sense, u hit the NAIL-$$$
on the ethics&HEAD!
the law is a mess [implicit & explicit rules that
guide social exchange & reason as context changes].
lawyers have no interest to make laws simple &
accessible to the 'common' person - thus, access to
justice is limited at a global level.
many lawyers LIKE long complex trials [they make lots
of money] - this is a very good way for the strong to
pre-empt & a very bad way for any person who is 'weak'
i.e., our legal systems follow "the art of war" p:192,
peguin, to the letter.
of course, it will be claimed that this is not the
'intent'.
like i said, i am interested in the RESULTs of legal
processes. the impact of the law on unfair actions by
corps &/or gov agencies is 'minor' irritation
AND things will get worse i.e., more unfair=unjust.
is there any way gwb could be charged with 'genocide',
even if there was a large block of facts? no.
many lawyers who work in the 'human rights&wrongs'
arena KNOW this from the cut=unjust-action of the real
world.
gitmo is a symptom of a wider disease.
i attach a general outline of a system of universal
education, for all people for all time.
i would make one change below:

further, the word 'rule' is the ACTION part of HOW we
apply a set of criteria to guide judgement to
PARTITION a person[s] into one or more classes. thus,
a system of law is a method of classification that is
biased & unfair [maybe permanent?].

so, we need a new global finance system, with a

what is of core social value, across any social
system, across time?
"integrity" - most kids seem to have this by the
ship+LOAD$ but their 'market' quality is low.
for any system of fair exchange, the most important

these social power players are all greed & no soul at
a global level - so, we ALL have a serious problem at
