[GJM] Who owns the World?

Yes, I was suprised by this claim by Mr Cahill. It
does appear to be true that the Queen has legal rights
though they would never be exercised ofcourse!!!

In certain parts of the Third World ofcourse there is 
little, or nothing concerning property laws. This can
cause problems especially for the very poor for
obvious reasons.
