Dear Robert, Nonetheless, it is important to get rid of all the legal clauses that does not guaruntees rights to citizens. Some group in London should take this matter urgently. It would be exremely difficult. In India, lots has been happening to restore ownerships to people in areas where tribals were made landless as they did not have textual tradition for transforing ownerships .
