appreciated.  Seven years is a long time for a Deist
and a Muslim to be friends, even if only by e-mail.

Many thanks for your attachment, "Towards a comprehensive solution in
monotheistic framework," 
in which you write in part:

I have argued since 1994, in Fig7-9.gif  that three 
tithes are commanded in the Bible:

*The First, in B.C. 1913, (Genesis 14.20) was for local 
government and a school for teaching the knowledge 
of God.  Similar to the local property tax in the USA, 
and many other nations.

*The Second, in  B.C. 1471, (Numbers 18.21) was for 
National government by the Thirteenth Tribe (the 
Levites).  Similar to the 1913 income tax amendment 
in the USA.

*The Third Tithe, B.C. 1451, (Deut. 14.22--29) was to 
be consumed at the feasts and shared with the poor.
Similar to "community building," plus Zakat, Charity, 
and Welfare as defined by the Judeo-Christian 
principle of "Subsidiarity"

Since the "Folly of Rehoboam," in B.C. 975, (I Kings 12), 
as I read it in our oldest and most widely distributed 
history book, the second tithe has always been fully 
collected by armed force and the people are always generous with the
third tithe, if they are not depressed.   
So the First Tithe is; what Rehoboam withheld 2981 
years ago, what was restored by the US founding 
fathers for an agrarian society, and what was lost 
again when the US became a wealthy industrial 
nation of propertyless employees in the 1890s.

You asked me "to be more precise in describing the 
WHIPs..with reference to their degree of abidance 
to the communications of the messengers."  Every 
nation and community has it's fair proportion of wealthy,
healthy, intelligent, and powerful people, it's WHIPs.  
I would expect them to demonstrate, as Bastiat put it 
in "THE LAW," every moral characteristic from "evil 
ness" to "lack of understanding," with the evil ones 
rising to positions of power and wealth in every nation 
where the people are disempowered by their lack of 
understanding of "The Inner Structure Of TOP (The 
Optimum Policy)."

I really do not understand the "fear and loathing" 
with which the US WHIPs regard any public discussion 
of this subject.  The most they could loose, if "Distributive Justice"
were restored in the US, would be a paltry 3% 
increase in their tax rate.  That is less than the 5% 
sales tax in Virginia.  They could still enjoy their natural 
superiority of earned income, but they could not steal 
so much.  Hey, could they be stealing more than they 
earn?  

Revision "b" of Figure 17, attached, corrected a 
spelling error and moved the "public sector" to its 
logical position above, and as master of, the "private 
sector" and the earth.  We are "Free To Choose," 
as Milton Friedman put it in the July 2006 issue of 
IMPRIMIS; between the status quo and "Distributive 
Justice," which Japan and the Euro Nation adopted 
in 1946 to achieve per capita water and energy usage 
one third of the usage in the US, according to World 
Bank data.

PS, I have also attached a chart of corporate profit 
by William Hixson to suggest that the US private sector 
works very well, and our reform effort is needed only 
in the public sector of Figure 17b.

It has been more than 7 years since we met each 
other through e-mail.  I would like  you to be more 
precise in describing the WHIPs..with reference to

followers of the words of God/Allah/..the creator 
of all the universes...with reference to usury..

Would not you like to call them anti-God, anti-
Christian, anti-Islam, atheistic neo-liberals, and 
democrats who are not interested in finding 
the radical solution through abidance to the 
communications of God..

Your reference to the messenger King Solomon 
PBUH and other messengers of God..sent to the 
people of Israel with global implications..Muslims 
as you know believe in all the communications..
and it would be indeed heartening, if more and 
more of Muslim scholars and Islamic economists 
support your ideas ...

I love your call for usury free world..debt may be 
there but not with usury..that is prohibited for all 
who believe and seek better reward in the hereafter..

Please find attached a paper that may further 
enhance the information and knowledge base..
