Dear Marguerite,
I think you are naive in thinking that
somekind of world catastrophe would seriously change
society into a more cooperative form of capitalism. As
soon as the economy bucks up again there will always
be those who want to go back to competative wheeling,
and dealing.This perverse aspect of human character is
not only found in business but also in education,
sport, the arts, et cetera. It is not going to
mysteriously die even if we lived in small eco-type
communities...
