I earnestly try to satisfy that request in each
message I post, but my use of the language
is quite restricted compared to many of our
frequent posters on the Internet.
Here is one of my more concise statements
of the truth I am trying to reveal, which
appeared near the end of # 6 "On The Inner
Structure Of TOP."
"So our remaining task is to teach the WHIPs
WHAT needs to be changed to restore "Liberty
and Justice For All" in the United States."
Actually, that is one of my more concise,
but least effective statements, because
our WHIPs (our wealthy, healthy, intelligent,
and powerful folks) know exactly WHAT
(the optimum policy) TOP is. It is WHAT
they demand for them and theirs, while
giving the back of their hand to all others.
They practice TOP consistently in their
family affairs and in their corporations,
while terminating the employment of every
economist or engineer who even begins to
make a public disclosure of their SOP.
Your example of third class passengers being
locked below decks on the Titanic is quite
descriptive of our present social order, but it
does not help to persuade the WHIPs that
they should unlock the gates. I firmly believe
that an open discussion of the advantages
of making our public policy for developing
our work force conform to our private policy
that is used for developing our capital plant
would persuade the WHIPs to change their
minds.
As Noam Chomsky said of SP, "Can it work?
Certainly worth a serious try."
Your comments, Jerold, are urgently needed.

What you have presented seems to have the possibilty of initiating some
very interesting and helpful interaction! But, before I would add
comment to the subject,

Thanks again for the live interaction, and for the passion to care, or as
might be put in a more expressive way, and PLEASE excuse my language,
that you might just
"Give a Dam"! There is a very popular song in the country music of the
USA, entitled my "Give a Dam is BUSTED", which reveals a lack of DEEP
PASSION.
I believe one of the main goals of SP, among several others, is to try
and instill the perspective within the masses that their "CARING" can
make a big difference, if in no other place, than within themselves, or
to stir up this passion for life and the discovery of the deeper, more
complete truthes, within those who for so long believe that they have
nothing of importance to add. They were born poor. They are poor, and
their voices have always been drown out by the voice of the rich few!
For today, nothing could be further from the truth!
I would like to just give a quick example!
Whenever the greatest ship to be built at that time, in the early 1900's,
the Titanic, went down, those with the financial influence quickly shut
the steel gates to the third class citizens, the one's upon whose back
and sweat the ship was built. They did this in order to save more room
for the rich few's friends and families to survive on the few number of
life boats on board the Titanic! And whenever the National Geographic
team rediscovered the Titanic ship a few years ago, these doors were
still shut, a symbol of today's society!
But, what was true for then, is still true today! By them, or us,
shutting the doors to the third class citizens, the one's that were
forced to face each day with "UNCERTAINTY" without the comfort that there
would be medical assistance, a job and food for tomorrow for themselves
and their children, the one's, again upon whose back and sweat such great
things were built, and inspite of this UNCERTAINTY, they found comfort in
facing the unknown, because they had developed an attitude that foster
SELF-ENGINEERING OR INGENUITY, that was necessary just to survive each
changing, challenging day!
By shutting up these voices, the rich few have actually helped ensure
their own early demiss. The rich few were helpless whenever they were in
a situation where their comparitive wealth could NOT MAKE A DIFFERENCE!
The rich few cut off their hope of actually saving the masses entrapped
on the ship. There were many options that could have been tried, if
acted on quickly, that could have possibly saved the masses. but the
vessel, minds, or libraries where these potential, UNCONVENTIONAL, ANSWER
LIED STORED, WERE LOCKED UP IN THE BOTTOM OF THE SHIP!
Of course one idea, of among many might have helped, if acted on quickly,
any iceberg big enough to sink the Titanic, could have been big enough to
temporarily keeps it's human passengers afloat for a few hours.
