Dear All,

 One of the problems of our world is crime, and finding the right means of prevention. However, if a genuine penal system is not properly funded it can cause problems as in the case of the news article sent. 

With Transfinancial Economics it would be possible to ensure that there are always prisons for dangerous offenders. More importantly, there would also be the funds necessary to achieve FULL rehabilitation. A great danger with a civilized country like Britain is that it may well have many positive, and progressive social reform programmes but they may not be properly financed, or even exist....However, in the case of crime they could be vital for offenders to change their ways, and become respectable citizen in society.
