If this is right it's almost beyond belief. Imagine if he had said "an attack on a synagogue tells us much about Judaism today". If Thompson is not disciplined and Gray does not issue a correction he is in flagrant breach of the law requiring impartiality (not to mention making himself part of the
campaign to vilify Islam, arguably a an accessory to war crimes given the Empire's behaviour in Iraq Afghanistan and Lebanon). 

It seems to me that somebody further up the food chain than these hacks has calculated that it's well worth conceding a little to the bleeding heart brigade if at the same time they can foist on them the lies at the heart of the Empire's war.

No wonder Channel 4 News is in total denial of any of the issues raised by the 911 Truth movement. Jon Snow made me a personal undertaking when I met him three years ago he would review the 911 question. The upshot was a total
silence when my book came out. It was favourably reviewed in the Mail and the Sunday Times, but the natural audience for this, Channel 4 News viewers, were denied any mention the book existed. When their viewers find out about this I suspect they will get pretty angry and switch to the free media on
the internet even faster than they are already.
