Robert,
The book The Modern Universal Paradigm is being  published by Trisakti University (and may also be published in the UK -- a decision on this is awaited).  I hope to be able to bring back copies to the UK when I go to Jakarta for an important conference just before Christmas.

The text is very readable, very "mainstream".  Indeed, it has been designed for students whose first language is not English.
