[GJM] #6 On The Inner Structure Of TOP

Dear Friends Of The Republic, 

Please find below short excerpts from Bill 
Ellis' two comments on #5.  I thank Bill for 
his contribution to my monolog on TOP.

Neither Bill or John Gelles addressed either 
Fig17d or anything I said in note #5, so 
please find attached revision "e" of Fig17 
which corrects the number of years (975 + 
2006 = 2981) our members of humanity (MH) 
have lived under the J. C. M. P. principle of 
Subsidiarity, as taught in church schools 
since the "Folly of Rehoboam" and taught 
in the US public schools since 1887, to 
keep TOP out of Peter Russell's Global Brain 
and Teilhard De Chardin's Noosphere.

Once again, "Subsidiarity," in simple 
English words,according to Wes Burt:

1, "it is gravely wrong" to ask the WHIPs 
to pay tithes or income taxes. 
.................................... [See the "Decree 
of Artaxerxes, King of Persia, in Ezra's 
behalf."  (EZRA 7.24-26) B.C. 457.]

2, "Also it is an injustice and at the same 
time a grave evil and disturbance of right 
order" for the WHIPs in Governments, Churchs 
and Corporations to use that revenue to 
level the economic playing field between 
parenting and non-parenting families by 
means of dependent allowances to the 
parenting families.  

Let me try for a fresh start on explaining 
the inner structure of TOP, as illustrated 
on Figure 17e.gif.  This figure conveys the 
same information as was conveyed in 1994 
by five of the figures presently posted by 
Dr. W. Curtiss Priest on his web site below.  
The five were: Fig4, the macro model of the 
US economy; Fig7, life cycle of a 
productive asset; Fig8, total cost of 
productive output; Fig9, unit cost of 
productive output; and the "Bell Curve" 
showing the natural distribution of the 
work force over the range of earned 
income (Minimum Wage to Bill Gates).

It is, of course, wholly unnecessary to 
trace this topic back to the TORAH, or 
Five Books of Moses.  The General Electric 
Company and the Kansas City Power and 
Light Company are much more reliable 
authorities.  That is where I learned TOP. 
But finding the 30% G&A rate in the Old 
Testament is good fun.  It causes the 
Humanists, Atheists, Catholics, and 
Muslims to get a knot in their knickers, 
and the English speaking Israelites & 
Jews to suffer the NIH syndrome for not 
disclosing TOP at the 1898 annual meeting 
of the American Economic Association.  

Another minor correction in Fig. 17 is the 
location of TODAY on the horizontal time 
scale.  I had TODAY in four places on rev. a, 
four "at"s on one revision, but TODAY must 
be placed at 80 years to put the whole US 
work force in the "In Production" space, 
where the 2003 US economy produced a 
GDP of $10,000 Billion/year with a 2003 M1 
money supply of $1,200 Billion and only 
$673 Billion circulating as M1c-Total in the 
real economy that produces the wealth.  
Expanding the US money supply to swamp 
the post 1946 European children's allowances
and trading in the speculative markets for 
unearned income is another subject.

Now we can add another scale (0 to 100%) 
which will show the work force in the order 
of increasing annual income, rather than in 
order of increasing age.  Notice that as we 
move toward 100%, the amount of the GDP 
received by each member of the work force 
appears to increase exponentially.  We also 
know that Nature provides no such range 
of ability in any member of humanity (MH).  

Following the division of labor advocated 
by Sabzali Khan on list Worldcit at googlegroups.com, 
I suggest that we need to define an upper 
subdivision within his SUPERIOR citizens.
This will be a small minority of superior 
citizens who cling forever to the principle 
of Subsidiarity and never change their 
minds, even when their own best interest 
requires a change of policy.  Recall that 
a century passed between the founding of 
the US Republic and the publication of 
RERUM NOVARUM.  

Let us call them LDCTCBS, instead of MHF, 
(lying deceiving commodity trading carpet 
bagging Shylocks) whose only interest is 
extracting the "pound of flesh" from their 
inferior MHFs.  We know from W. Shakespere's 
Merchant Of Venice that the law, properly 
enforced, is our only defense against the 
LDCTCBS who form a similar proportion 
of every nationality and ethnic classification. 
 W. S. was well advised to cast a Jew in the 
role of Shylock.  If he had cast a member 
of the Queen's Council (QC) in that role, 
they would have hanged Old Bill, just as 
they tried to hang Thomas Paine and US 
Founding Fathers two centuries later.  

Now, I hope, Fig. 17e is adequately developed 
so even our LDCTCBS & WHIPs can see the 
difference; between TOP as practiced on our 
capital assets, and, TWP as practiced on our 
Members of the Human Family (MHF).  Ten year 
old children in the sixth grade understand it 
as soon as they see it, just as I did in 1953, 
with my 2.5/4.0 grade point average in school.

John Bunzl has brought us a long way toward 
 HOW to make our WHIPs act in the interest 
of our general welfare by inviting everyone to 
become an SP adopter (SPA).  So our remaining 
task is to teach the WHIPs WHAT needs to be 
changed to restore Liberty and Justice in the 
United States.

Can you imagine any WHIP looking at Fig. 17e 
and believing he/she can get elected to public 
office by advocating any of the following:
1, Further reductions of income tax rates.
2, Higher Minimum Wages.
3, Payroll taxes at 12.4% on earned income 
up to $90,000/year and zero % above $90K/yr.
4, Replacing the US public school system by 
home schooling at the expense of each family.
5, Further withholding of dependent allowances 
in favor of means-tested welfare payments.
6, Painting the Europeans with the dirty brush 
of Socialism because they (and the Japanese) 
adopted TOP in 1945 and enjoyed a thirty year 
miracle of "social reconstruction" as Bertrand 
Russell advocated in a 1915 book PRINCIPLES 
OF SOCIAL RECONSTRUCTION.

Out WHIPs, the balance of Sabzali Khan's 
Superior people are the swing vote who 
have the Wealth, Health, Intelligence, 
and Power to change the world, or more 
importantly, change policy in the USA.

No school I've seen or worked with gave 
students the freedom to learn what they 
wanted.  They have a curriculum composed 
by the government that decides what, when 
and how one learns.  The school system 
was design in the 1840s to transform an 
agrarian society into willing workers in 
an industrial society.  It extended its power 
to train incoming migrants to fit into the 
working mold.

I'm not quite in tune with the idea of 
"regimented training" of any kind.  I have 
more faith in science and natural curiosity 
to know the truth.  All people, young and 
old, need the right, the freedom, the 
resources, and the opportunities to learn 
what each one wants when they want and 
how they want.   That is the freedom to 
learn.
