Dear Saeed/Robert,

I would like to suggest the use of the unearned money for relocating the UN
offices from the skyscrapers to horizonally space ecologically sustainable
habitats..I would like all the banks to consider this for all the
skyscrappers. as they are going to be vacant structures in any case within a
century or so..We may never have full scale replacement for fossil fuel
based energy and transportations systems globally.

Hi Dr. Alam,

Let's go one step further with this -- As of the present time, we do not
know exactly how global climate change will effect different regions. But

as is already indicated by glacial ice melt and thawing of the tundra in
places like Alaska and Greenland, there is going to be an enormous forced
migration as people seek areas that are the most habitable in order to
assure food supply.

One of the major considerations surfacing is that we cannot continue with
our present style of agriculture production. Great changes are required if
we are not to repeat the same mistakes as of today.

So, we are faced with several challenges in this regard.

1. those leaving to migrate will not have equity from former habitats with
which to build new structures as no one will want to live in the habitats
left behind as they become either too hot or too cold or disappear under
coastal ocean rise, etc. So financing new structures in areas that will
become the most habitable is going to be a problem. As a matter of practical
concerns considerable downsizing of new structures appears to be mandatory.

2. Since deforestation appears to be one of the major forces behind both
increased desertification and global climate change (events which are not
unrelated) consideration must also be given as to what materials will be
utilized to construct new shelters and commercial buildings.

3. Indeed, of great concern is what type of commerce will be appropriate in
these new habitats. Surely we do not want to begin by repeating the mistakes
that have led us to where we are today. So, a great deal of consideration
must be given as to what type of economy will be viable in these new
habitats and based on what type of production.

Certainly Jared Diamond's conclusion, that the worst mistake humanity made
was choosing the European style of agricultural food production with its
attendant plow and till methods which create maximum ecological devastation,
must be taken into consideration. It appears that the bndigenous
hunter-gatherer" lifestyle may be a much more viable lifestyle

all things considered. As well, the hunter-gatherer lifestyle does not favor
large population increase -- something that may be especially desirable at
this time.

Now is the time for us to begin to envision how the future will look, not
just from a structural point of view but from the holodynamic point of view
which encompasses all that is.

What continually amazes me is how many people are projecting the future
based on lifestyle continuing in much the same manner as it is today --

perhaps with just some minor modifications that speak of tokenism only.

IMHO it is far too soon to be designing any kind of new financial system as
we do not know as yet what type of economy the new landscape as designed by
global climate change will support. However, it does appear that global
climate change will also be accompanied by worldwide financial collapse and
the disintegration of the GMS as we know it today. This will take place due
to the fragmentation of societies as forced mass migration and resultant
chaos takes place.

I am also amazed as to how global climate change is continually ignored as
most make believe that it is either not happening or will happen "beyond
most of our lifetimes" so not to worry. This, when the effects of global
climate change are already evident in many areas of the world, especially in
places such as the Artic, Ant-artic, Alaska, Greenland, Africa, low lying
islands in the Pacific.

It really is time for us to "wake up". And I do believe discussions such as
this are important, but in them we must begin to realize that visualizing
the "whole dynamic" is where its at -- somehow we must get beyond this
left-brain linear thinking and into a more balanced viewpoint revealing the
holographic world of which we are not only a part, but are one with.

We are leaving behind duality and entering once again into the singularity

from which we emerged prior to the emergence of Pauline Christianity. We are
currently making a transition within a greater transition which takes us
into a higher reality of consciousness. This is evidenced by the biology of
consciousness which reveals that we are leaving the reptilian part of our
brain behind and entering into the trilogy based on the entrainment of the
right and left hemispheres of brain with the heart and other brain centers
of the human body as we fully tap into universal intelligence inherent in
every living cell.

This calls for us to leave fear behind and enter into celebration of the
Oneness of which we are a part. As we regain entrance into this new/old
manner of thinking we will find the answers to the challenges we face.
These answers will depart immensely from those we have been trained by
religious dogmatism to use.

The techniques of the Way of Peace change constantly; every counter is
unique, and the appropriate response should emerge naturally. Todays
techniques will be different tomorrow. Do not get caught up in the form and
appearance of a challenge. The Art of Peace has no form it is the study of
the spirit.
