Dear All,
I have a sent a link to my research, and
development project which deals with Transfinancial
Economics, or TFE. It will be updated fairly soon, but
it does include a good simple introduction to the
subject unlike the previous version.
http://kheper.net/essays/Transfinancial_Economics.html
However, it does not as yet mention my strong belief
in the need to have positive engagement with banks,
and corporations. Simply "fighting" against the
present financial system is not going to lead anywhere
except failure if we happen to be serious about the
creation of a tax, and interest free economy ( banks
could have interest created as new unearned money by
an independent public authority, and service charges
could be treated in a like manner...).
It would also be possible to buy up, and terminate the
massive oil industry via new unearned money. Special
ethical business NGOs would be able to do this with
the help of a Grant Generating Bank. The oil industry
could then be converted into the producers of
sustainable non-polluting fuels, and technologies both
simple, and complex. This would be a far better
approach than using green taxes, and other limited
methods as it would get to the HEART OF THE
PROBLEM...THE OIL INDUSTRY,AND THEIR KIND.
I know the above sounds nuts but if you read my work
in progress paper carefully you would understand the
reasoning behind it. A few references are only given
at the end...but another paper on TFE is full of them!
I should also say that Transfinancial Economics would
be very popular with the general public. Most would
benefit including banks, corporations, and indeed,
global justice itself.
It would mean greater business expansion as never
before BUT with an emphasis on the generation of
massive grants, and interest free loans to ensure that
corporations would invest in sustainable technologies
and make huge profits (which could be subsidized if
necessary with new unearned money). This would take
top priority, and ensure the survival of the planet in
the shortest space of time possible....
We need new, and radical thinking which is both
practical, and powerful...
Remember too that money itself is nothing more than
electronic transmission of data from one bank account
to another.
Money equals power, and control over limited
resources. By changing our understanding of it we
CHANGE THE WORLD.
