[GJM] LEO WANTA, and the American National Debt? An Odd Conspiracy Theory.

Dear All,

       I thought it would be amusing to introduce the
Leo Wanta conspiracy theory!! It is claimed that this
story about him emanates from the International
Currency Review which appears to exist. But how bona
fide is it, and can it be taken seriously?

Anyway, it appears that the Leo Wanta Trust Fund
exists, and has enough money to pay off Americas
National Debt!!! However, the federal reserve do not
want it as it means that loans with interest would not
be necessary to keep Congress, and the people in
debt!!!!

The above seems to be popular with conspiracy theories
which I often shun.There may be some truth in it
all...though I expect it is more pedestrian than any
conspiracy theorist would wish it to be!!!
