What is this world government? We have a mock
Uttaranchal Government at the Phatta. Phatta is a
sitting bench in Punjabi. Sardar Amrik Singh, a taxi
driver, now owns a Taxi stand. At one time young
people from a village in Uttaranchal were coming to
him and finding jobs as taxi drivers after getting
trained in the taxi stand itself. We organised them
by issuing a hand written daily known as Gumod
Circular. One fortnightly and two weeklies are
running their columns on the basis of this daily.
They formed a mock Uttaranchal Government at the
Phatta and one of the weekly started a column
"Government on the Phatta". This mock Government is
focusing on science driven development of the state
while the real government is working for investments
by multinationals.
What is the World Government doing?
