[GJM] Where is the Sharma Website?

Dear All,

        I remember Mukhtar on about a group in India
concerned with the end of usury run by someone called
BD Sharma? I have looked on the net for the web
address but drew a blank except to references in
English to his work. I suspect the website if it
exists  may be in Punjabi, Urdu, or Hindi or whatever.
Thus, a word search in English would not bring up the
necessary data of the web address. 

Further light requested.
