  Robert, I do believe as you suggest here that "truth is far stranger" than
our imagination.
 
  But instead of wasting time with these "philosophical ramblings" let's use
general systems analysis" to discover truth.
 
Question:
 
1.  Is the human an "energy system/field"?
        with a "mind-field" of it's own?
 
  2. Does it contain "intelligence" in every cell?
 
  3.  Does energy ever "die"? or does it just "change form"?
 
  4.  Is it possible to "program" and/or "reprogram" an  energy
system/field? 
 
  5.  Is an energy system's/field "potential" finite or infinite?
 
  6.  If an energy system/field has the ability to change form is it
possible
for it as an intelligent system to select it's own form(s)?  perhaps by
selecting it's own DNA and thus "encoding" or "re-encoding" itself in terms
of 
"what it's mission in life is intended to be".  Remember form follows
function. 

Would this not be "reincarnation"?  Dr. Gary Schwartz and Linda Russek 
are also studying life after death at the Univ. of Arizona and their
research
adds substantially to the probability of reincarnation. 
 
According to research conducted by Dr. Valerie Hunt, the human form is
composed of an "electromagnetic" energy system/field, and each one of us
has a "signatory vibration" which sets us apart or "differentiates" us from
one 
another.  However, we are not "divided".  (Infinite Mind - Hunt, 1989). Dr.
Hunt 
is a physiobiologist and psychologist with advanced degrees in both fields.
She 
was formerly a professor at Columbia U. among other places, where she 
specialized in the measurement of the subtle energy fields of the human body
 
linking them to human emotions.  

BTW, these subtle energy fields express themselves in color with different 
frequencies appearing as different colors. For instance, the pure white
light has a 
frequency of:  11 or 1,100 Hz up.  

The "holographic mind" appears to be created by intersecting frequencies of
the two hemispheres of the brain when entrained with the heart frequency
so as to create a "hologranm".   
 
Then, let's consider this:  When I first began writing "The Sacred Quest"
Eco-designer, Jim Bell, provided me with the following 
information which in the context of other relevant scientifically-based info
led me to see human consciousness as a "river " of continuous flow.   And, I

wrote the following accompanied by a photo of white flowing water against a 
black background with a red plant and green leaves. The red signifies "the 
blood of life" and the green leaves our ecosystems.

The River of Life
 
 What is life? Does it have meaning? Does life have a purpose?  If so
does each of us have a life purpose? These are questions that have plagued
the human family since time began.  And, the quest for answers to these
questions has become a sacred one for many as we search to recover our soul;
especially in these times when we live in a world seemingly gone mad.
 
        Let us look at how life began for each of us. Have you ever
considered how unique any one of us is and that the odds of being here on
Earth in human form give real meaning to the phrase: “the miracle of life”.
 
 
            Think about this: If we only consider the one sexual union
between our mother and father which resulted in our conception, the chance
of our particular sperm and egg connecting was around two hundred trillion
to one. The female contributes one of a million egg-lets of which five
hundred mature and the male contributes some two hundred million sperm.
Multiply one million egg-lets by two hundred million sperm and the odds of
any genetically unique person being conceived during the particular sexual
union which resulted in their existence is around 200 million to one.  When
we consider these statistics through all of the twists and turns of
existence the chance that any one of us would be living today approaches
infinity. (Bell – 2005)
 
            But the miracle of life only begins with the fertilization of an
egg by the sperm. At this stage, the fertilized egg, called a “zygote” is
just a speck, approximately one-fifth the size of the period at the end of
this sentence. The zygote begins to divide itself into two cells each of
which continue to divide themselves into two cells, etc., in an exponential
process known as mitosis. By the time it reaches adulthood, an egg will have
grown to be more than one hundred trillion cells elegantly orchestrated as
“the human energy system/field with organized groups of cells assigned
specialized tasks, e.g., muscles, neural network, intestinal tract, brain,
heart and other vital organs acting interdependently as a whole, given
coherence by resonating frequencies which according to Rupert Sheldrake 
set up morphogenetic fields or fields of attraction. 
 
            These “specialized systems” are made up of cells which undergo a
differentiation process whereby the cells are “encoded” by DNA – that is
they are informed as to what their function in the body will be and they
structure themselves accordingly.  Nuclear proteins are the agents which
control this differentiation process.
 
  The  critical factor in the process of differentiation is the interaction
between 
cells. Cells can communicate with one another via molecular signals and thus

alter their gene transcription on the basis of this communication.

I get incredibly bored when people think that their
own Path is the Truth....yawn! The infinite Truth is
probably far stranger than anything we can possibly
imagine, or understand by means of the finite
